Bank is meant to be reliable for customers' privacy. KBZ is not trustworthy in privacy because customers' privacy and data are being broken to junta. KBZ is helping junta in making us not to use our own money to what we want to use. KBZ freeze customers' account where large amount of money transfer. That's so unfair. That's our money and we can use our money wherever or whatever we want to use. When we ask why our accounts are freezed, the staffs are so rude and their answers make us furious.
I want to give minus five stars if rating system includes such a function.

I had been using KBZPayCustomer and it is great but the bank is breaking customer privacy by freezing accounts following illegal Myanmar military junta instructions if we donated to charity which not related to military junta . This is crazy and my account freeze because of that and there is money left in my account. KBZPayCustomer and bank is not reliable at all and breaking all the customers privacy. People should stop using KBZPayCustomer at all.

really disappointed using KBZPayCustomer and this bank, the bank does not know what is customer right and assets
Currently because it is difficult to change from one bank to another, I don’t think people will not use this KBZ bank and app in the long run.
I can safely say that this bank and application is not for your whole life.

KBZ bank has been persistent in freezing bank accounts and customer’s money from all apps it provides as per instructions of coup leaders.

KBZ bank has become an unreliable place to keep our money safe as it is now proven that they would do anything to obey coup leaders’ commands and our hard-earned money could be taken away from us anytime without us even knowing.

KBZ bank group has been supporting military junta since the coup in February 2021. Freezing customers’ bank accounts for no proper reason. Also making the donations account unusable and looting up all the donated money which are intended for displaced people due to excessive violent rages of military junta in many regions throughout the country, thus, disturbing the humanitarian aids of citizens as well as international supports. Even sharing private personal information including addresses of the customers to the junta causing several detainments of innocent citizens. Needless to say, their customer service is extremely crap. Worst bank in Myanmar!

KBZPayCustomer have many errors.. like fail to get tokens after payment, long loading time and worst customer service ever. If u try again after error, they will transect both times with no tokens in return. I tried to report it to service, had to wait weeks and answer questions about it so much that they’ll make u feel like a fraud with own money.

Kbz bank is freezing many customers accounts and they didn’t give any proper reason and they just did without sending notice to the customers. In Myanmar, we are facing with Junta military and KBZ bank stand with the junta military and they even give some of the informations about the customers which have to be kept confidential and can’t be share.

KBZ is no longer favorite bank service of customer anymore. They freeze many customers Kpay and bank account without reliable reason. When the customers contacted to call center and asked reasons, the staffs can’t explain any resonable facts for that! KBZ doesn’t care about the customers as well as the citizens of whole country. Instead of looking forward customers’ situation, KBZ stands with cruel dictatorship😅 Please appraise your manner KBZ.

KBZ Bank authorities never care about their customers’ feedbacks. Even their employees are rude and have bad attitudes toward us. They even lied about freezing customers’ bank accounts in social medias. They didn’t try to apologize or feel guilty about freezing customers’ accounts. We can’t withdraw our own hard earned money. I won’t use their services when the situation is better in Myanmar.

It’s not a trusty bank anymore. KBZ Freeze its own customer's accounts whose are willing to support anti-coup alliance through donation. While armed terrorist group “ TATMADAW “ the Burmese Military forced the bank , KBZ freeze and contain the money of anti coup supporting customer’s accounts who really are their banks own customers.
I would let to know that KBZ doesn’t stand with the people anymore Its just a scam bank that is with the Dictators from now. Save Myanmar

KBZ does not respect customers. Once the military control the country, the customer want to withdraw their money and KBZ didn’t care customer and when customer complained, KBZ manager and staff called the police. For withdrawing their own money, they were arrested. Now, KBZ freeze the accounts and kpay. Many are donating with this application. Because of freezing, the people who really need help get a problem. They mustn’t do this kind of action.

Kbz does not respect the customer and violates human rights. We have to line up to withdraw our money from the ATM. I can't even do what I want with my money. Kbz freeze the bank accounts of us . This is just bullying us. May your family feel the same way you do. May you be ten times harder than u did . you have to pay back those who died because they could not get the money. Freeze our bank account . May your assets will be confiscated. I swear

Bank authorities freeze a lot of accounts because of multiple transactions, they responded. People in Myanmar are starving not only bcuz of Coup but also the Pandemic. Civilians are helping each other, freezing accounts are unacceptable in such crisis. Civilians are not allowed to withdraw their own money, customer service and call centers never pick up the calls. Remember that those money are not owned by the bank but by the People of Myanmar. What a shame, KBZ!!

We all know that Myanmar Military have been committing genocide(totally over 1,000 civilians get killed by weapon and covid-19 disease).Yep, Of course, they using that disease as a weapon to kill and to reduce the revolution force. Now, they ordered KBZPayCustomer’s org to freeze civilians accounts who get suspicious of donating the covid-19 treatment, medicine. So, this organization’s working for that Junta coup, no standing with us Myanmar people. Please if you seen this, give 1 star KBZPayCustomer to pray for Myanmar People and Myanmar’s Spring Revolution.

We can’t believe KBZ bank and KBZ app anymore because they give our information to Myanmar military and then they freeze accounts which donate our people. When they freeze our account, we call them what is the reason. And then they ask personal information for example address, name, phone number, home number like that and they give that information to military. That makes us to be arrested by the Myanmar military. The worst organisation ever!

Since this is one of major banking services in Myanmar, there’re many users who are using their services based on TRUST. The bank has no right to freeze customer’s accounts without warning just because military junta order you to do. All we did is donating our own money from our accounts and the bank is freezing our accounts just because military junta want to block donating. The bank is violating consumers’ rights and also human rights. What a shame KBZ bank.

How we use our money is our business. As a private bank, you have no right to tell us how we can use our money or else you are abusing customers' rights. Moreover, with all what's happening in Myanmar, you guys chose to stand with the junta who killed over 1000 innocent people and more have died because of them. What a shame!! My family and I have been royal customers of KBZ bank but I will colse every account once the situation became stable. A bank with no privacy and cooprated with the terrorist junta.

We cannot trust KBZPayCustomer and their banking system. They can freeze our account and money anytime they want without giving any reason. They are not reliable.
This banking apps break the customer right. They shared our customer information and freeze some account with no reason. Be careful and it's much better not to use in future. In addition, customer service is very bad and they don't know how to behave and respect to customer. In summary, this apps has no privacy and ethics. Shame on you KBZ bank.

KBZ bank is one of the top bank in Myanmar. After military coup, 1st February 2021, KBZ bank is supporting military in variety ways. Now, people are acxepting donation via KBZpay to donate the people defense forces which are strongly supported by 90% of burmese people and our legitimate government, NUG. After concerning about that, KBZ bank freezes all the donated account and report to the military to arrest the donaters and acceptors. So, please make a serious punishment to KBZPayCustomer, KBZpay ​and also apps relating to KBZ banks in Myanmar. Thanks in advance. We all would be happy after seeing your punishment to it.

KBZ Bank failed to protect its customers' right & privacy as the bank recently handed confidential data of many users to the military junta and there was also an huge unsolved issue which the bank solely responsible for. It happened at one of its branches a few months ago which was the branch manger put around 6/7 customers to the jail just because the customers tried to withdraw their own money. The bank didn't make any official clarification until now and what they did was another mess. The above issues clearly state that KBZ is an unethical organization and one of the ally bussiness groups of juta.

If there were -5 stars, I would have given you. Whenever I want to use Kpay, there is an error called (I cannot login into my account) even if I tried refreshing my internet data several times and restarting my phone; what a useless application!

How can scammers easily get informations about costumers and easily withdraw money from bank accounts with just a PIN number??? It took them 30 mins to freeze my account and a day to inform me that there's nothing they can do unless i go to the police??? U should make it harder for people to register and make it more complicated to withdraw money from bank account..also why don't u just temporarily halt KBZPayCustomer and improve it and make it harder for scammers to scam people or file a case at police to catch the thieves yourself instead of trying to catch them through costumers' hand??? Also why bother having a costumer service if u can't even give me a definite answer...the worst bank ever
