In January,2022 KBZ Pauk taw wa helped me to upgrade my kbz pay account to level 2. I have not been used thus account till today. But now I found today that it is still in level 1. SO I do not know why it is happened and please advise me what to do.

My KBZ pay application keeps closing and cannot open.

My kbzpay page goes off immediatly as soon as i open it.I am unable to do anything such as top up,trasfer etc.
