In January,2022 KBZ Pauk taw wa helped me to upgrade my kbz pay account to level 2. I have not been used thus account till today. But now I found today that it is still in level 1. SO I do not know why it is happened and please advise me what to do.

My KBZ pay application keeps closing and cannot open.
