I see I'm not the only one. My app won't even run at all. This is very unprofessional and I feel I have wasted my money. I also notice people are having problems, but no ones is helping. I want my money back.

had this mess for one year now- the wansview app ALWAYS freezing when switching camera selections. Terrible platform- will never purchase this crap again- it sucks!!

The app is not even opening for me it just keep saying "The program has stop running" when it have never run in the first place so I haven't gotten to use the camera AT ALL!!!
server constantly busy
I can't seem to get out of the permissions and settings page on the app. What do I need to do to navigate away from this page to set up the camera.
the cloud app is working fine on my android phone

THIS IS VERY UPSETTING!!! MY WANSVIEW APP HASNT WORKED ALL MORNING, REFRESHED IT, TRIED UPDATING IT. IDK WHAT YOU GUYS DID OR IF YOU SYSTEM IS MESSED UP BUT THIS IS NUTS!!! IVE HAD THIS APP FOR TWO + YEARS AND NOW TODAY IT ISNT WORKING? IT SAYS MY ACCESS IS DENIED. BUT I HAVE INTERNET AT HOME AND ALL OF MY CAMERAS ARE ON? WTF. PLEASE ASSIST IMMEDIATELY!!!

Can’t sign into app. Won’t accept password. Can’t change it
We chose not to use the "cloud" because of our budget wouldn't allow it but my android (samsung galaxy s5) keeps giving an error box "UNFORTUNATELY, WANSVIEW CLOUD HAS STOPPED". Is there a way to stop the error message?
Cannot connect to camera with any PC, only connects to phone app. Used to work with all PCs.
Cannot reset password, not receiving the verification email.
I had a few problems with my k5 camera. So I uninstalled it amd tired to set it up again. Several hours later and still not able. It's connect to the network then days registrating on the server. Then nothing happens!!
Same problem as Dave ! Cloud cameras work in Android app. yet when logging in on apple or window PC the message always reads "the server is busy try again" this is on going over a weeks .. What's up with that !!

The Wansview Cloud is not working and this is my second day with this.
My cameras won't connect up to the Windows App - just get a message saying server busy
Started out with the server is busy, now when i try to log in it just closes the program. Tried reinstall didnt work.
Cannot login. For the past two days I keep getting the message, Server is busy.
Crashes and sends error message. "Program Stopped Running"
