I see I'm not the only one. My app won't even run at all. This is very unprofessional and I feel I have wasted my money. I also notice people are having problems, but no ones is helping. I want my money back.

The app is not even opening for me it just keep saying "The program has stop running" when it have never run in the first place so I haven't gotten to use the camera AT ALL!!!

THIS IS VERY UPSETTING!!! MY WANSVIEW APP HASNT WORKED ALL MORNING, REFRESHED IT, TRIED UPDATING IT. IDK WHAT YOU GUYS DID OR IF YOU SYSTEM IS MESSED UP BUT THIS IS NUTS!!! We chose not to use the "cloud" because of our budget wouldn't allow it but my android (samsung galaxy s5) keeps giving an error box "UNFORTUNATELY, WANSVIEW CLOUD HAS STOPPED". Is there a way to stop the error message?

I had a few problems with my k5 camera. So I uninstalled it amd tired to set it up again. Several hours later and still not able. It's connect to the network then days registrating on the server. Then nothing happens!!
