I have a problem with Pink Cloud

- The app charges money for access to the meeting finder, which some users find immoral and not in line with the principles of AA.

- The accuracy of meeting locations may not always be up to date.

- Some users may not be able to afford the monthly fee for the app.

It will not let me join the meetings I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong

It does not show any rooms no matter what filters I use.

To resolve Pink Cloud network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Pink Cloud App
1. On android, goto Settings » Pink Cloud » click [Force Stop]

Clear Pink Cloud App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Pink Cloud » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Pink Cloud.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Pink Cloud » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Pink Cloud » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Pink Cloud
