Unable to link account with Alexa app. Called Amazon Support and they cannot get it to work either. 2 years it has worked and now all of the sudden it is crap. Placed a request for assistance via the app for the issue with no response. I guess they really don't want the business. I'll order from a reputable company and throw these in the garbage if I get no response within the next 48 hours.

Cloud Intelligence program did not revert from daylight savings time to standard time this morning. All devices began their on/off time schedules one hour early. For example, instead of beginning at the scheduled 7:30 A.M. time, the plugs began at 6:30 A.M.

Device was working but not now. Tried to reset it to no avail. Passwords don’t take but the main problem is customer support. I’m not buying another product that does not have have a customer support phone number.

I've forgotten my password - or - my previous password doesn't work now. Anyway, I can't set a new password. I clicked on "forget password" (sic) but I get an error message that my e-mail account name hasn't been entered. Well, it has been, otherwise how would I have gotten to this level? My advice would be to take this project away from your local high school IT 101 class and have some real professionals fix it. Have a good day

Forgot password is not working. I hit the reset password link. Enter my new password, hit ok and it keeps saying "illegal param, detail: email is blank" but my email is in the field. Otherwise it wouldn't take me to the Enter New Password page.

Garbage doesn't work! Returning my purchase today after ONE day. 3 out of 4 plugs DO NOT WORK. 3 out of 4 plugs already set up with unknown passwords and there's no instructions to reset. In fact, you have no support options I can find and there's not even a WEBSITE listed in your instructions. I don't feel you're a legit company and you just throw junk out there, taking people's money.

The IP Address shown under Device Settings is not the device IP but the IP of the modem.

Absolutely the worst smart plugs and application for same I have ever seen, will never order these again, return to Amazon immediately. The app does not work, keeps crashing on my phone. When it does not crash, I can't get a device registered. It finds the device, but keeps failing with error 999304. Of course there is NO google details on this error.

This App seems more concerned with your Location than managing your Smart devices

When I first got my smart plugs from this company, I was impressed with the size. They are small and easy to place without the worry of costing other plug slots. However the app is another thing. When I first logged in, this app wanted access to everything my phone had to offer. local network, Location, Camera, Bluetooth, and even my Microphone eventually. All other smart plug apps I have used in the past only really asked for you local network and maybe your location. However this app, if you refuse to give it your location it will stop the setup process. Unless you give you location, it will not let you continue with your WiFi plug setup. That’s were I have up on this plug. Every other plug I have used, has never kept you from setting up you plug because you don’t want to fork over your location. Apologies for the rant, but I think it is poor business ethics to punish or restrict your customers from using a product over their location.

Update issue I guess?

App worked great for about 3-4 weeks and now I guess the new update ruined it? I’m guessing I have to buy a new brand of WiFi plug now since not only do I have to relearn the plugs daily (they’re in a very hard to reach spot so it takes like 10 minutes to relearn them) but the timers don’t work at all. I have to manually go in and turn them on and off. Very inconvenient, I’ll have to set alarms and make sure I turn on and off my Bearded Dragons lamps now to make sure he doesn’t get sick, I’ll be working… please fix the app, I’ll update this if they do, by seriously, stay clear of their products until then, doesn’t do as advertised

Asks for location, Bluetooth, local network

I understand the local network and maybe Bluetooth but won’t let you proceed without location. There is no reason this is necessary. Furthermore the schedule only allows for five times (and on and off have to be separated so functionally it’s only two times because the last one can’t be powered off). I got this because I have a device that powers off every two hours and I wanted to be able to turn it back on automatically. So much for that.
