When I first got my smart plugs from this company, I was impressed with the size. They are small and easy to place without the worry of costing other plug slots. However CloudIntelligence is another thing. When I first logged in, CloudIntelligence wanted access to everything my phone had to off... Show more er. local network, Location, Camera, Bluetooth, and even my Microphone eventually. All other smart plug apps I have used in the past only really asked for you local network and maybe your location. However CloudIntelligence, if you refuse to give it your location it will stop the setup process. Unless you give you location, it will not let you continue with your WiFi plug setup. That’s were I have up on this plug. Every other plug I have used, has never kept you from setting up you plug because you don’t want to fork over your location. Apologies for the rant, but I think it is poor business ethics to punish or restrict your customers from using a product over their location.

App worked great for about 3-4 weeks and now I guess the new update ruined it? I’m guessing I have to buy a new brand of WiFi plug now since not only do I have to relearn the plugs daily (they’re in a very hard to reach spot so it takes like 10 minutes to relearn them) but the timers don’t work at ... Very inconvenient, I’ll have to set alarms and make sure I turn on and off my Bearded Dragons lamps now to make sure he doesn’t get sick, I’ll be working… please fix CloudIntelligence , I’ll update this if they do, by seriously, stay clear of their products until then, doesn’t do as advertised

I understand the local network and maybe Bluetooth but won’t let you proceed without location. There is no reason this is necessary. Furthermore the schedule only allows for five times (and on and off have to be separated so functionally it’s only two times because the last one can’t be powered off... Show more ). I got this because I have a device that powers off every two hours and I wanted to be able to turn it back on automatically. So much for that.

Their data privacy policy states this- “ When you use the services provided by our website or client, we will automatically collect detailed information relating to your use of our services and save them as network logs, such as your searches, IP addresses, types of browsers, telecommunication serv... Why does a smart plug want to know my search history, phone service provider language etc?
I do not trust my data will be safe.

All of my smart plugs were working great until the other day. I don’t know if it was because of daylight savings but ever since the time changed all of my plugs started going offline one by one. I have tried unplugging them and plugging them back in, deleting CloudIntelligence and reinstalling it, I even tried deleting one of the devices and now I can’t reinstall it either. It says it isn’t connecting to my Wi-Fi even though my Wi-Fi is working properly and nothing has changed since the other day. Now I’m back to turning my reptile cages on and off manually. I need help with this issue.

If you have the directions, great. They work as described in the directions. But don’t lose them - good luck trying to figure out that CloudIntelligence you need to install is called “cloud intelligence”.

I’ve been using these smart plugs since November, and I really like them. About a month ago the widget on my IPhone has stopped displaying my plugs and prompts me to go the settings on the Cloud Intelligence app. When I check the setting, the appropriate plugs are displayed for use in the widget. I have 2 of 4 in use in critical spots: a whole house water shutoff valve and the main wifi power plug, both on UPS’. I'm an IT admin and it took me 20 minutes to set up 4 SFF WiFi sockets with no less than 10 errors and 1 app lock-up. I blame iOS for some of it. I realized when you connect to the device AP, the WiFi settings show the check mark to indicate you've joined the AP, but the status bar lacks the WiFi i... Show more con for upwards of 40 seconds afterward. If you attempt to set up the device during that time, before the WiFi status bar icon shows up, the setup will fail.

Lots of other imperfections with CloudIntelligence but I intend to only use Alexa so it doesn't matter much to me.

Overall I’m very happy with the performance of CloudIntelligence. Being able to turn on lights in another room without having to get up from my chair is very nice. However I cannot seem to get the hang of scheduling when my lights come on or turn off. If I want them to turn off at 11:00pm and turn... I’m pleased with the integrated automation feature. I wanted some smart bulbs for my basement. All are single pull chains on different circuits with one on a switch at the top of the stairs. I wanted to automate it so when I flipped the switch on all five would come on. I had some Sengled bulbs but... Show more neither CloudIntelligence or IFTTT would work. I was ready to setup a Raspberry Pi with HomeAssistant to automate them myself, but luckily when my Cloud Intelligence bulbs came I was able to successfully automate this function. What it won’t do is turn off the rest of them when the one on the switch loses power (though I can voice control them with Alexa). Thoughtful feature and makes my bulbs worth way more than I paid for them!

My setup kept failing until I read the small print that the device won’t work with 5G wifi. I had to take my wifi off 5G and just used Guest wifi. That worked right away.

Worked perfectly fine pairing my device with the given instructions. I believe negative reviews may be stemming from chinese competition who leave bad reviews misleading customers. Product works as advertised.

Bought some cheap smart plugs (Amysen brand). None of my existing phone apps would sync with the plugs. CloudIntelligence worked almost immediately. Wish the manufacturers would operate on a standard framework to allow better interoperability.

I set this up per enclosed instructions and did not even attempt to rip out my hair. One step was just a bit confusing, but if you continue to follow through, all sets up and in business. Using these plugs all ove the house for sure

The instructions that came with the application seem a bit cumbersome, I just did my own thing and it worked just as fine followed the instructions in my phone and kept on moving thank you outstanding job😎

I love everything smart!!! Refrigerator cars you name it. I want everything to be automated and able to control with the push of a button. Everything about works in real time so why wouldn't my devices and home be the same ! I love this product and I can't wait til my entire home is smart !!!!!

I have loved these devices for the last week and somehow on December 7, 2021 Alexa cannot pick them up. I’m still holding out hope that Alexa is having an issue because clearly all the devices are online and I can control them from the regular app the interfaces with the set up of these devices.

This Wi-Fi socket is amazing!!! I have it installed all throughout the house. Horrible app with no support. I used it for my sauna but it’s no longer communicating wit the sauna. This is fine if you want to manually turn on devices width your phone however the schedule option (in military time) does not work consistently and there is no way to figure out why.
Frustrating

Adding the plugs is simple enough, but adding schedules is not intuitive and doesn’t even seem to work properly (goes on/off randomly) and I receive an error every time I try to share my devices with someone else (my wife) so they have access to them. I purchased 4 smart plugs and connected them to my Alexa Show 5 and everything worked wonderfully, until today. The plugs work within CloudIntelligence but no longer work with Alexa. Very easy I would keep buying this brand

It‘s been improved a lot than before.I have many smart device in my hourse and work well now. CloudIntelligence can support several smart device months ago，but now many blubs and switches can be managed！

CloudIntelligence is easy to use, I’m using it with the smart WiFi outlets and their great. My Christmas lights are set on a timer to turn On and Off automatically.

Multiple levels of directions - but it worked the first time! Happy to have these plug timers!

In the end, setup was easy. But, make sure you are not trying to connect to a secondary WiFi hub, i.e. Google hubs. After a few attempts to do so, and multiple errors, I connected to my main router and setup was easy.

There are so very many other alternatives out there that actually work properly and at least try to respect privacy. Don't bother with these scam artists.

difficult to setup and connect with alexa, got it to work, worked fine for a few months not something maybe an update on their end, is preventing the skill to be added on the alexa app, so everything is disconnected from alexa, only the cloud intelligence app is able to control my smart plugins, but... This is not Cloud Intelligence, this is Cloud Retardance. This app, once it learns everything there is to learn about you and has uploaded to the Chinese government, will stop working. set the bulbs up, link them to Alexa, and then work once and fails. network issues stating the bulbs are not receiving. Alexa cannot find the bulbs, control keeps failing yet it's all running on 2.4ghz

My devices are connected to WiFi and are functional. All are paired and work with an Alexa Echo device. Please help me set up a “Schedule” so that my lamps turn on and off at specific times. Thank you, Roger
