First, do not try to get this up and running using an iPad. Gave up and switched to iPhone. Next, be careful you have the right frame ID. The correct frame ID is shown on the Settings page not the one in general instructions that initially appear on the screen. Nice frame, nice pictures. Not sure about security and privacy with installed software. Did not upgrade to higher software due to description of access to my contacts info etc. Biggest limit is only 9 photos at time can be loaded; also cannot show photos in random order. Have not tried to install photos by SD card vs. wirelessly. Wish I had tried to limit access just to installing photos by SD card.

Bought my mother a wifi frame that got good reviews but didn’t think to check the reviews on BSIMBPHOTO as well. My mistake there as we’ve been trying to set it up for weeks with no luck binding it to the frame. Even when it said it worked, the frame didn’t show up in BSIMBPHOTO . Customer service was unable to help so we’re returning the frame and never buying one that uses BSIMBPHOTO.

When trying to create an account and setting up a password continue to get a “Failed” message. The password criteria was being followed but continue to not be able to setup a password and no helpful prompts are provided - Garbage

BSIMBPHOTO is garbage. You can’t see the text you’re typing, the language is clunky, and you can only upload 9 pictures at a time. I wish you could also control the content of the frame and grant permissions remotely from BSIMBPHOTO . It’s sad because the frame itself is nice but BSIMBPHOTO makes it almost impossible to use!

Doesn’t work on any of my families iPads. Not updated for over 9 months,
And website is not available for customer service? We would not recommend any of there products due to not having any support after the sale.

This frame has been difficult and buggy. First, I could only upload one or two photos at a time of the claimed 9. Now although it says “send success“ the pictures don’t appear. I’ve spent far too much time trying to figure this out!

Font color (white) is unreadable on white background... multiple times to verify account has left user unable to access. And even if user is plugging in incorrect information, there is no way to check and see if it is... given the fact that the font and background are the same color.

First of all this frame is not intuitive, secondly I was able to add BSIMBPHOTO to one iPhone but not to my second iPhone, both are brand new iPhones. Not only will this not allow me to sign up I can’t do anything with BSIMBPHOTO on my phone. There’s something wrong with it. I won’t even let me enter my password, to create a password. Then I tried to sign in with my other account from my other iPhone and that won’t work either.

When BSIMBPHOTO loads on iPad the graphics do not all show in the small window on the iPad. BSIMBPHOTO graphics seem to map in iPhone resolution only , in portrait mode. They only show in portrait mode on the iPad so you have to rotate the iPad and then you cannot even see all the items that show on BSIMBPHOTO in the iPhone.
Then even on iPhone. Once you add some pictures to the device, I cannot add any new pictures until I close and reopen BSIMBPHOTO . Other wise it just keeps showing the old pictures without any way to get past that point.

I’ve had the Photo Frame device for about a year. The BSIMB App has always been glitchy and unstable but I’ve been able to get it to work eventually. Until today. Trying to upload a photo to the device is impossible. BSIMBPHOTO goes in nonsensical circles. I deleted BSIMBPHOTO twice and downloaded the latest version but it no longer works at all. Unable to download photos using BSIMBPHOTO. Is Apple at all involved in the process of detection and correcting faulty apps on BSIMBPHOTO Store? Also, I’ve sent this review several times and it doesn’t get published.

Please update BSIMBPHOTO . It would be amazing to see the photos currently stored on the frame and have the ability to delete photos from the frame with BSIMBPHOTO . I have used other frames that incorporate these functions, I am currently disappointed beacause BSIMBPHOTO is missing these functions.

Pros: gets the job done, straightforward to use
Con: app crashes constantly, is incredibly slow, and only lets you upload 9 pics at a time!

Don’t know why people are complaining about the font...everything is easy and clear to read on my end.

BSIMBPHOTO itself works fine but if your phone is set to dark mode you wont be able to see most of the text in BSIMBPHOTO . Once switched to light mode the problem is fixed.

For the price of this photo frame you should work on the device setup and email delivery. Ugh! This is like configuring Netware from 1995!

For guests to your device they should hit the + next to bound devices, not my device. I think that’s because it’s not their actual device. Then they will show up as a user request on the photo frame. I have yet to get the email service to work, which is the thing that should be easiest. Admittedly I have not yet emailed tech-support, but I will do that now.

BSIMBPHOTO won’t show all the options to navigate from iPad. It does from iPhone. That being the only way to use it. Poor instructions included. Nice picture quality.

Very easy to use. Home page has most of it's selections off screen and you cannot scroll to them on iPad. Screen to send photos shows the first 3 selected photos but very awkward to see and caption the rest.

Loaded BSIMBPHOTO , added the frame, sent pictures, saw them on the frame. Pretty simple. Don’t know why there are so many negative reviews.

Love sending my parents pictures of me doing rascalios things 😍 would recommend as a gift! Having my fresh toe pics on display helps lighten the mood at any dinner party and family event! 😙 it helps keep the family in touch with my life and all my cray cray adventures 😐🕶🤏 10/10

Ok the English isn’t perfect but it’s understandable. Your 80 year old grandma should not have to try to install it: you should do it for her!

It’s not hard to install as long as you don’t insist on dark mode. I had it up and running in about ten minutes, and I’m old school (over 70 years old).

It works just fine. The processor isn’t cutting edge, but it doesn’t have to be for a photo frame. Is it really that big a problem if you can’t upload more than nine photos at a time?

The display is large and bright. The weather function is super for a three day local forecast. The sound is even reasonable. Settings are easy to access and customize.

When using BSIMBPHOTO and your phone is set to dark mode, BSIMBPHOTO uses white text and it cannot be seen. Frustrating!
When adding a device it asks for device name but won’t take it? Still cannot add my photo frame and can not locate any help.

Worst app ever. Shuts off sporadically. You can only upload 9 photos at a time and sometimes BSIMBPHOTO just shuts off. I updated my phone so it’s definitely an app malfunction. Plus, you can’t just simply email the photos- you have to use the dysfunctional app. Steer clear!

Agree that hardware (frame) is good. App stinks. Shuts down while using-very frustrating. No way could anyone not tech savvy set this thing up. With multiple users (wife and I) am I making it my device or am I binding? Confusing and klunky.
