I have a BSIMB BS-W09A model and I had a power outage and it now is stuck on the logo screen. This is the third time that this has happened. I received help the first time from support back on Feb. 24, 2023. The second time it took a few days for it to come back to the activate screen. This time it has not returned since June 15th. Why does this happen! It is very frustrating.

Good afternoon, We're having two problems with our BSIMB digital frame and we would appreciate your advice on fixing them. 1. It's no longer accepting photos from our iPads. I bought this for my mom and was able to load pictures one time only. It has not been able to upload more pictures since the initial time, even though it looks like it’s working from my phone. Now it is freezing on one picture for minutes. I have to unplug it and plug it back in to fix it. It it will do it again shortly. My mom lives in another state so I have not been able to try to see what the problem is until now. She is sick and I thought this would be enjoyable for her to be able to see her kids and grandkids throughout the day. She enjoys the frame but it has not been working right for her for awhile now. I bought it in April but was able to bring it to her at the end of May when we visited. So, she has had it for about 2 1/2 months now. She said it has been freezing for about a month now.

My frame is connected to my WiFi and my daughter is able to connect to the frame and send pictures. However when I attempt to add the device number in my vPhoto app, I receive the following error message : unconnected network. My phone is connected to the WiFi. I received a 15 inch digital picture frame (BS-W15E) from BSIMB for Christmas 2021. Tried to set it up for a week. There was no frame ID, QR code or connection code. Therefore, the frame would not link with my phone and was useless. Received daily emails from someone named Jade that required me to link my laptop to the frame and try to update the software. After about 5-6 attempts over another week, I gave up. They sent me a new frame that arrived a week later and guess what? Exact same problem. Returning frame and will NEVER buy from these clowns again.

It has no instruction manual. The kids gave this to us for Christmas. I love the concept. However, now my pictures are shaky, it won’t play music, shuffles the same pictures over and over even after adding more. I have had this only for 3 weeks. I just want a working frame. The kids bought it on faith it would do what it said. By all means respond. I would love to hear my options. If you stand behind your product, you should have no problem taking care of this issue.

First, do not try to get this up and running using an iPad. Gave up and switched to iPhone. Next, be careful you have the right frame ID. The correct frame ID is shown on the Settings page not the one in general instructions that initially appear on the screen. Nice frame, nice pictures. Not sure about security and privacy with installed software. Did not upgrade to higher software due to description of access to my contacts info etc. Biggest limit is only 9 photos at time can be loaded; also cannot show photos in random order. Have not tried to install photos by SD card vs. wirelessly. Wish I had tried to limit access just to installing photos by SD card.

I’ve had the Photo Frame device for about a year. The BSIMB App has always been glitchy and unstable but I’ve been able to get it to work eventually. Until today. Trying to upload a photo to the device is impossible. The app goes in nonsensical circles. I deleted the app twice and downloaded the latest version but it no longer works at all. Unable to download photos using this app. Is Apple at all involved in the process of detection and correcting faulty apps on the App Store? Also, I’ve sent this review several times and it doesn’t get published.

App cannot be used on iPad

When the app loads on iPad the graphics do not all show in the small window on the iPad. The app graphics seem to map in iPhone resolution only , in portrait mode. They only show in portrait mode on the iPad so you have to rotate the iPad and then you cannot even see all the items that show on the app in the iPhone.
Then even on iPhone. Once you add some pictures to the device, I cannot add any new pictures until I close and reopen the app. Other wise it just keeps showing the old pictures without any way to get past that point.
