JUST STOPPED WORKING
Photo frame just stopped working. When booting up, shows the logo screen and then goes black. Brought to another location, new wifi. It booted up and I could get to settings but as soon as I connected to Wi-Fi it went black. Please send info to fix issue.
My Model # BS-W15E-BA starts to boot up but after logo screen appears screen goes black
Is the app not working for Android? I have reinstalled it and restarted my phone, but it's not allowing me to pull up anything. Just frozen.
My BSIMB frame suddenly stopped working. When restarting it, the BSIMB icon shows but then a black screen again.
My Frame: (1) doesn't show all of the photos that I have loaded, (2) does not randomize the photos that I have loaded, an (3) skips photos (tries to load some photos and fails) -- a different problem than (1). Could you help me with these problems? I am sure that I have done everything according to instructions provided with my frame. Thank you. Scott Rushforth
Can't upload photos from from our phones prior to a day or two ago. Checked for updates and couldn't find any. Was working when we first got the frame and just stopped a couple of weeks ago.
My digital photo frame just stopped working.
We came home one day and the BS-W10T just had the BSIMB logo displayed. I tried turning it off and back on, rebooting it, etc... Ot does NOT advance beyond the logo screen. What gives?
Are usually load a few pictures every couple of weeks now every time I try and load a few pictures, it just says failed. I’ve tried rebooting my phone I fret tried to reboot the frame and it still does that.
Keep getting send failed messages. Can’t send pictures to frame…
after my BSIMB digital photo frame did an update it only goes to the start up screen thats say "BSIMB BE SIMPLE BE BETTER" and just flickers from a black screen to that screen. I tried doing factory reset but that doesn't seem to be working either. SN1W10B09202001662 model W10B
It is saying unfortunately VPhoto has stopped and you can’t get out of it to do anything to fix it
No matter how many photos i remove and do a factory reset I still get Vphoto stopped working message. I have tried factory reset and put photos on a micro SD card and still get same message. Any information would be appreciated before just send it back. Thanks
