App doesn’t connect with car

Whenever we went to WiFi it says no internet connection. We are wondering why it is saying that. It was a fun toy at the beginning but now the camera doesn’t work at all because it says no internet connection.

Bought three of these for each of my kids for Christmas. Huge waste of money since NewBrightRaceCam doesn’t work. Seems to be the same problem everyone else is having with NewBrightRaceCam not getting past the WiFi set up, even though I followed directions.

Got this for a Christmas present for my kid and of course NewBrightRaceCam doesn’t work. It won’t move past the start menu even when connected to the RaceCam WiFi. Hopefully the company sees all the bad reviews and will update and fix NewBrightRaceCam . Other wise I will be returning back to the store.

I’ve downloaded followed all the directions and it won’t connect, deleted, redownloaded, followed all directions again still won’t connect. I’m a mechanic but I know that this software for NewBrightRaceCam is absolute crap. Wish zero stars was an option.

Can you just look at peoples comments and fix this crap right now cause this is gonna get us all mad because we waste our money on this and NewBrightRaceCam is not freakin screen is not coming up. You guys gotta get with right now 😡 😡

Son opened the truck for Christmas and NewBrightRaceCam will not work on his phone or mine. App will not progress past the “Start” screen. Wish I would have know this was an issue before I purchased the truck.

I am a software design major. There are numerous oversights in this poorly developed are non-performing software. It doesn’t connect - despite all directions being followed. Returning this ASAP.

Keeps switching back to home screen on its own when I want to view with the virtual reality glasses.

First try on my iPhone X works fine...

Plz add a battery monitor so you can see your battery power
