The game has no Terms of Service to agree to when creating account, so there were no rules to look out for. So today, I got banned for using another account, even though there is no documentation that states this can result in a ban.

Now, I am left without the money I put into this game with no option to be refunded or get my account back. KolexCollectibles is a scam that bans at its discretion with no real set of rules, and commits theft by banning after you’ve spent money. It’s no coincidence I was banned a day after I bought packs.

I’ve been collecting with Epics for 6+ months now. Everything was good at the beginning but then it has just be issue after issue. First, I ordered physical cards. One of my boxes didn’t arrive and had to be reshipped (pain to deal with customer service). I bought probably over $200 worth of their digital products and some releases were fine but a recent one had a bug where people were able to get 2 packs for the cost of one. Everyone that bought a “bonus” bundle technically paid more per pack and they wouldn’t do anything for these customers. “It was a bug and we fixed it” Well, that’s great! It’s not stop bugs with them. I’m surprised so many people stick with them. I’m done. Their greediness for $10 costed them probably hundreds in revenue from myself and hopefully others.

Quests are difficult to complete when things don’t update. Daily log in quest never registers correctly when day starts over, that should be fixed asap.

Should be able to turn off animations on KolexCollectibles because of the lag.

Another issue is that when selling items in the market it will take a cut at anything over 6 when it states it won’t take anything until selling something for 10 or more.

KolexCollectibles has a really cool idea of collecting cards of my favorite eSports players, but it’s pay to collect. I would like to see a way to collect without having to pay. Maybe a betting type with betting cards on matches. Would really like to see that or another way to get coins without paying.

I love this apps concept, idea, and premise and it has been a great way to be able to collect without having to spend ludicrous amounts of money(although you can if you want) and provides a fun use for the cards through battling instead of just purely for collecting. BUT, and this is a big but, it is SO BUGGY. Sometimes it won’t let me use my best roster for a game and simply gives me an error. When leveling my cards up it sometimes won’t increase the overall team level at all. And the worst one of all is when I buy some cards from the store for real money and it takes my money but doesn’t give me my card packs so then I have to contact support to give me my cards and sometimes SUPPORT WONT EVEN LOAD. So I’m out on my money and my card packs. These are serious issues that need to be fixed and have made me so frustrated I want to simply uninstall KolexCollectibles . I really hope they fix these issues soon.

I like thus but it is kinda laggy and and you do a system were you can see all your cards you got from packs and all the cards you need to un lock thank you if you are reading this.

I really love KolexCollectibles but it has lots of BUG. I can't remember all bug cuz it doesn't matter. But only one, the biggest bug it that I can play PVE. When I want to start PVE it will show me "failed to start battle" that's really annoying.

A couple of teams aren’t in it that I’d like to see like liquid, cloud9, NRG to name a few. Would also like to see a game mode where you create a 5 man roster from cards you own and compete against other users I think that’d be pretty cool and might encourage more people to stay active and playing.

KolexCollectibles is really cool and has amazing potential for when more teams and cards are added. However, i wish that there was another way to earn card packs other than buying in game currency or waiting 4 hours for the free ones so there is more things to do in game.

This is a really cool way to scratch my collector’s itch! I am enjoying myself a lot. However, I am having issues when I try to update the cost of a card on the marketplace, it just re-loads the screen and doesn’t change. Also, it sometimes takes a while to load the cards. Lastly, I wish there was an easier way to manage duplicate cards...if there were a tab where I could just see my duplicate cards to add them to the market it would be awesome. Maybe even an option to manage that stuff as soon as I open a pack and it tells me which cards I already have. Anyways, I am enjoying this and think it’s great. I just think it could be better!

The developers are responsive. New teams and features being added constantly. A great startup in the esports space. KolexCollectibles can be a little slow and unresponsive at times, but the total experience makes up for it. Overall I’m glad to be an early user of the Epics app and have referred my closest friends and teammates.

I just downloaded the game recently and i really enjoyed it, I was having fun playing it until i opened up all of my beginning packs. Then my next opportunity to try and get more stuff was to wait for my next wheel spin. I just feel like if there were a way to get more packs it would make the game much better.

The concept is great and I like the wide variety of players and rarity’s but my one problem is i can’t seem to be able to find a tab where you can just look at all of your owner cards. I known there’s the collection tab but you have to go into each collection and team individually to see what cards you have. I would love a tab where you can see just your owned cards.

Great app with a very unique and fun idea. My only problems are this; there is no sound but yet still cuts out music whenever it is playing on another app (please add epic pack opening sfx), there is no easy way to sell all your extra/duplicate cards, sometimes lags and crashes when opening packs. If the devs continue to update and fix KolexCollectibles, I believe it will do amazing. And maybe someday they could expand to other eSports titles which would be a dream come true.

I’ve been a fan of csgo for years, and this game brings me back to madden ultimate team days. You get free packs every few hours, the support team is reachable (just @ them in discord, and they also have a suggestions tab open for game suggestions). I think this game is going in the right way, kinda made for the fans in updates. Loads a bit sluggish, and the overlay of the game isn’t the most stunning, but I’d definitely rank it a 8.5/10 because the team sees the improvement they need to make, and they make them

It says to open your first pack but there is no button or anything it’s just stuck on the tutorial. KolexCollectibles looks really cool and I look forward to using it when I get past this issue. It seems a lot of people have this and I hope it gets resolved soon :)

The fact that we get to have an app that allows us to scan in all of the physical trading cards kolex makes for products like Counter Strike is amazing. I love having my collection digitally and also love the digital collections they release as well.

Won’t let me open my first pack stuck on the basic tutorial screen doesn’t say next or anything after it says time to open first pack excited to play the game after it’s fixed not sure if it’s only happening to me

So this game is amazing only thing I would change is a what to change cap space but other then that it’s good. I also TGIF if u made a Rainbow 6 Siege style of game useing same concept would be amazing as well

Saw Teamgetfight talking about this and gave it a try, its so lit, definitely was buggy at launch but the devs have been improving it like every day, now there are daily free packs and new cards and they seem to work really hard on making it better, you gotta give this a try it’s sooooooo fun keep at it epics!!!
