I’ve been collecting with Epics for 6+ months now. Everything was good at the beginning but then it has just be issue after issue. First, I ordered physical cards. One of my boxes didn’t arrive and had to be reshipped (pain to deal with customer service). I bought probably over $200 worth of their digital products and some releases were fine but a recent one had a bug where people were able to get 2 packs for the cost of one. Everyone that bought a “bonus” bundle technically paid more per pack and they wouldn’t do anything for these customers. “It was a bug and we fixed it” Well, that’s great! It’s not stop bugs with them. I’m surprised so many people stick with them. I’m done. Their greediness for $10 costed them probably hundreds in revenue from myself and hopefully others.
Wrongly banned for a rule that is nonexistent

The game has no Terms of Service to agree to when creating account, so there were no rules to look out for. So today, I got banned for using another account, even though there is no documentation that states this can result in a ban.
Now, I am left without the money I put into this game with no option to be refunded or get my account back. This app is a scam that bans at its discretion with no real set of rules, and commits theft by banning after you’ve spent money. It’s no coincidence I was banned a day after I bought packs.
Needs improvement

Quests are difficult to complete when things don’t update. Daily log in quest never registers correctly when day starts over, that should be fixed asap.
Should be able to turn off animations on the app because of the lag.
Another issue is that when selling items in the market it will take a cut at anything over 6 when it states it won’t take anything until selling something for 10 or more.
