Barry’s was already expensive, but they keep raising prices. They raised prices and reduced the amount of time for the class. What’s the point of the price increase… inflation? Does it suddenly cost more to tell someone to run faster or lift more weight? Lol. It would be interesting to see year-over-year customer count by location. I’d estimate that the number of class attendees has sharply declined as a result. You can’t even get a monthly membership unless you expect to pay over $1,100, but that’s if you only attend once a day. I thought Equinox was expensive at $240, but unlimited classes and an actual gym sounds like a win! Don’t forget that a healthy company is about increase in customer count, NOT sales. 🙏🏻✌🏻😌

I was fine with the little glitches here and there but then I decided I wanted to change my email address and everything went downhill. I figured changed my email would be an easy task and it should theoretically keep all my information. I was wrong, I had to start from scratch and even tho I have called and talked to multiple people to have it sorted out, I still cannot get my purchase history and my lifetime classes and star count is still off. The only thing they were able to adjust was my class count. This app needs to be better.

This app is by far one of the smoothest fitness apps I’ve used. It’s simple, straight forward and gets the job done.
HOWEVER!! Why are we not able to change our Red Room spots after choosing one without having to cancel the entire class and rebooking. This becomes a pain when it’s past the 12 hour cancelation window because I don’t want to to cancel I just want to switch spots from Tread to Double Floor sometimes at last minute and can’t.
Please add this feature! Not only would it help your clients out and allow us to make the changes but your staff would also be more available for studio support vs being on the phone taking calls to switch peoples spots. I’m sure this happens a lot.
