I was fine with the little glitches here and there but then I decided I wanted to change my email address and everything went downhill. I figured changed my email would be an easy task and it should theoretically keep all my information. I was wrong, I had to start from scratch and even tho I have called and talked to multiple people to have it sorted out, I still cannot get my purchase history and my lifetime classes and star count is still off. The only thing they were able to adjust was my class count. Barrys needs to be better.

Barry’s was already expensive, but they keep raising prices. They raised prices and reduced the amount of time for the class. What’s the point of the price increase… inflation? Does it suddenly cost more to tell someone to run faster or lift more weight? Lol. It would be interesting to see year-over-year customer count by location. I’d estimate that the number of class attendees has sharply declined as a result. You can’t even get a monthly membership unless you expect to pay over $1,100, but that’s if you only attend once a day. I thought Equinox was expensive at $240, but unlimited classes and an actual gym sounds like a win! Don’t forget that a healthy company is about increase in customer count, NOT sales. 🙏🏻✌🏻😌

Barrys is by far one of the smoothest fitness apps I’ve used. It’s simple, straight forward and gets the job done.

HOWEVER!! Why are we not able to change our Red Room spots after choosing one without having to cancel the entire class and rebooking. This becomes a pain when it’s past the 12 hour cancelation window because I don’t want to to cancel I just want to switch spots from Tread to Double Floor sometimes at last minute and can’t.

Please add this feature! Not only would it help your clients out and allow us to make the changes but your staff would also be more available for studio support vs being on the phone taking calls to switch peoples spots. I’m sure this happens a lot.

I want to love Barrys, but it doesn’t give you the option for notifications. Normally I shut them off but when I’m waitlisted for a 6am class, I don’t want to be constantly checking Barrys to see if I got a spot in. I would love a notification that I’m confirmed for a waitlisted class. I also would like the option to cancel / change my membership type on Barrys - it doesn’t let you do anything except add more passes / memberships.

I love Barry’s and was thrilled to finally have an app! However, myself and many others have found that the lack of “location” filter is pretty crazy seeing as that is how most people determine the class they sign up for. Instead of having to sift through 40 8:30 AM classes please add the location filter and it will be nearly perfect!

the specific reason I use the website vs Barrys is I can’t filter by studio to see the schedule. Unless I filter by a specific instructor I have to just scroll through aimlessly until I find one of the studios near me and see who is instructing. Letting the schedule mirror what’s on the website would motivate me to actually use Barrys . For now I just have it and never open it

Barrys is laggy but passable. However there is no google calendar integration for some resson. On the web when you click “add to calendar” it lets you select what type of calendar you want to sdd the reservation to, but in Barrys ot only allows apple calendar.

Also I don’t understand why I need to do this manually at all, why isn’t there a setting to automatically send (and modify) calendar invites?

Barrys recently has become very slow and constantly freezes or takes a very long time to load. Obviously around 12 PM when sign up opens there’s a lot of traffic to Barrys , which may be part of the issue, but even at other random times of day I have noticed this issue. Often doesn’t load on the first try and have to force quit and reopen. Not sure what happened but it’s a recent development. Barrys used to work great.

Love Barry’s and Barrys makes it so easy to sign up. There are a few tweaks to it that would make it 5 star worthy though. I wish I could add friends and see what workouts they have signed up for. Also wish that I could switch location after signing up without cancelling the class. Occasionally I decide I want to switch to double floor last minute and it’s too late to cancel. Hoping for an update with these soon! 🤞🏻

After years of struggling through the very mobile-unfriendly Barry’s website to book classes, the new app is great. It could have been terrible. I was expecting something janky and broken. It wasn’t — Barrys works perfectly.

I’m taking off one star because the “Add to Calendar” feature gives an obscure error message with my Google calendar, but I’m sure they’ll fix that soon! 😉

Nice improvements; however the display of classes reserved is reversed. Now the class reserved furtherest out is displayed first. The class reserved that is the soonest is displayed last. Basically the list of classes reserved is inverted.

Also would be convenient to have a link to report bugs within Barrys itself instead of writing a review.

This is a great app to schedule workout classes, but for some reason I can’t book the new “$99 for two weeks” special without going in-person to the Barry’s location to buy the package? A bit confusing but other than that, Barrys is great!

Easy to book a spot in class but not possible to modify a smoothie 100%. For example you can select egg white protein instead of vegan stuff but you can’t actually remove the vegan protein from the smoothie order. Take a look at how sweetgreen allows you to modify salads. You guys need something like that.

- Ability to add friends and see what classes they're taking (similar to ClassPass)
- Ability to see spot on the waitlist. This is one of my biggest Barry's pain points. It can be a challenge to reach the studio and the hours often restrict when I'm able to check on my spot
- Ability to switch out the class pack you're using to reserve without having to cancel out of the class and rebook. Have often needed to do this when I'm trying to use up certain packs by earlier expiration dates.

Amazing app! So easy to reserve classes and change your spot. One suggestion would be to add a feature to anonymously rate and review instructors. Some instructors are not good, as evident by the few number of people in the class.

I work In the digital world. What a lot of people get wrong is how to make a simple process for the user to find what they are looking for, and making it easy to buy your product or service.

Barry’s has a great app that allows you find classes, book those classes, and pay for them in a very easy manner.

Whoever built this for you did one amazing job.

this app is an unbelievable high intensity work out that will elevate your fitness to the next level. The coaches are extremely passionate and motivating. Every class I have taken has been well planned. They play upbeat music, and coaches continually check in with you individually at times, but allow you to push yourself on your own. I have enjoyed every class I have taken at Barry’s, and would recommend this app Boston to everybody!

I feel like it’s been nearly 3+ years since there’s been a properly functioning app. Cheers to the folks who got Barrys together. It’s clear, super intuitive, and has kept track of my entire Barry’s experience to date. Kudos!

What can I say about the Atlanta Barry’s Boot Camp? Quite frankly, it’s the best work out and overall life experience that I’ve ever had in gym fitness. If you haven’t checked it out, you should check it out soon. Challenge yourself, get out of your comfort zone and try it out The Red Room. Be careful, it’s addictive. Dean

Love Barrys but I would love an upgrade to allow more than one region studios to be selected. I spend a lot of time in multiple states and would be nice to always have the studios I use in view to schedule classes.
