I ordered 2 e-gift cards, which should be simply sent through email and done with, but instead I have been spending the last 2 days contacting customer service asking for the confirmation email they didn’t send, why my order is on hold and how much longer this oddly difficult process will take so I can receive the gift cards that I’ve already paid for! Also, their 24/7 customer service is a lie because apparently no one can help you until they’ve gotten feedback from the main team members who work Monday-Friday, so they’re completely useless unless it’s a weekday within office hours. Definitely won’t be buying anything from here after I’m done with those gift cards, if I ever get them!
