I ordered 2 e-gift cards, which should be simply sent through email and done with, but instead I have been spending the last 2 days contacting customer service asking for the confirmation email they didn’t send, why my order is on hold and how much longer this oddly difficult process will take so I can receive the gift cards that I’ve already paid for! Also, their 24/7 customer service is a lie because apparently no one can help you until they’ve gotten feedback from the main team members who work Monday-Friday, so they’re completely useless unless it’s a weekday within office hours. Definitely won’t be buying anything from here after I’m done with those gift cards, if I ever get them!

My package went missing - said delivered but I couldn’t find it anywhere. Naturally, I know it’s not Showpo’s fault - it’s on DHL. HOWEVER, the amount of difficulty I had trying to get in contact with a real person is crazy. Rephrase, I STILL haven’t talked with anyone on the phone. I could only chat online and email customer service, but I am most certainly still talking to a bot.
They only offer store credit or a reshipment if your package goes missing so BEWARE. Whoever/ whatever is emailing me refuses to answer my questions and the thought of my $500 package all becoming store credit is disgusting.

ShowPo has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced while shopping online, period. This is the second time I’ve ordered from them and their shipment timing has been wrong and longer than their 6-8 business days. If you reach out to customer support, all they do is argue and say you’re wrong and offer no solutions. Save the time and headache and shop elsewhere.
