LaComer worked perfectly for years, but now I can’t connect, I get a 403 error saying that I don’t have an internet connection (not true). I can’t even access the support page for LaComer, because I’m blocked. I’ve tried LaComer with/without VPN, setting my location for the US and Mexico—nothing works. I went into the store, and the employee told me it was because I have an iPhone. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Very frustrating, because it worked perfectly before. If this is happening to other people, La Comer’s losing a lot of business. Please fix this bug!

LaComer says I have to update first, but when I click “update” it takes me to LaComer Store which gives only the option to open. When I click that, it returns me to LaComer which tells me to update.

Why bother? Orders are never complete; vegetables picked were AWFUL, delivery rarely on time.

LaComer opens only one page which has only one link: “ACTUALIZAR AHORA”. This link takes you to LaComer Store where the only thing you can do is open LaComer , and see the same page as before. This is an infinite loop which does not allow you to do anything.

I love this store but I am not a Spanish speaker. Would be so easy to add English and we would get all of our groceries delivered from La Comer. Such a bummer as this is so easy to do for apps. We live in Puerto Vallarta part time and would use this but I can’t

For some reason, LaComer update wouldn’t load. But, I sent the existing app to the cloud and re-installed it via this download, and all is well.

One drawback is that the site won’t boot with the VPN on. It needs to be deactivated. Other than that, I’ve been using home delivery for over a month due to a badly fractured femur that’s on the mend. It’s great to keep food and drink in the house!

It’s very convenient to order home delivery. The staff and driver are always kind and courteous. LaComer is a bit slow but I love the convenience. Don’t forget to tip your driver.

It was would be so helpful if there were an English version of LaComer

Es lenta, no te identifica los productos si no están escritos con la descripción de la tienda, no sabes qué productos no hay hasta el final. Pero sobre todo es muy lenta.

LaComer is getting much better, more responsive. I’m very happy with the hard working shoppers and delivery people who do a wonderful job and are attentive to details. Many thanks!
