The app won’t work with the latest iOS

The app worked perfectly for years, but now I can’t connect, I get a 403 error saying that I don’t have an internet connection (not true). I can’t even access the support page for this app, because I’m blocked. I’ve tried the app with/without VPN, setting my location for the US and Mexico—nothing works. I went into the store, and the employee told me it was because I have an iPhone. 🤷🏻♀️ Very frustrating, because it worked perfectly before. If this is happening to other people, La Comer’s losing a lot of business. Please fix this bug!
Impossible to use

The app opens only one page which has only one link: “ACTUALIZAR AHORA”. This link takes you to the App Store where the only thing you can do is open the app, and see the same page as before. This is an infinite loop which does not allow you to do anything.
Suddenly Can’t Open

The app says I have to update first, but when I click “update” it takes me to the App Store which gives only the option to open. When I click that, it returns me to the app which tells me to update.
