Stupid app won’t even bring me to the login screen for my pin half the time. Constantly asking for a OTP which is good for security, but asking EVERY SINGLE TIME with a 1 minute timer becomes an issue when I can’t contact the other person I share the services with. Ends up even locking people out of the account when you can’t put in the OTP. Tried checking my account today and FAB won’t even bring me to the login screen. Great bank but horrible and frustrating app. Needs better maintenance and management.

Extremely unhappy with the customer services respond. By mistake I blocked my card with 3m is I called and told the customer care to unblock. They refused and said new card had to be issued with charges. Really. Now its mire than a week I havnt recd my card thats because only satarday courier person called n I tried explaining him i work in any dhabi n can only receive on weekends. But till date I am not able to operate my account as i havnt recd the card. I am seriously thinking to change my bank with these kind of services.

Avoid this bank at all costs.

They announced the immediate suspension of over 12,000 accounts of business customers over an SMS stating that KYC documents were ‘out of date’. Accidentally they also suspended thousands of accounts, including ours, where documents were in fact all up to date. 4 days later and all accounts still suspended.

So we can’t pay our salaries. Staff can’t pay rent and sending pics of landlords throwing their belongings out of their rooms. PDC cheques bouncing resulting in 95 (to date) forced account closures by the Central Bank since they suspended. Suppliers not delivering. Business can’t sell. More cheques bounce. Cargo stuck at ports. Customers flying in from all over the world to try and get their (fully up to date) accounts reopened. this app staff calling in sick as they can’t handle the backlash.

I’m out of UAE and this bank is charging me so much more than I’m using.
First time I noticed, payment was 129AED but bank cut off 505AED for no reason. Second time, 46DHS payment but cut off 341DHS and it just goes on and on. The worst thing is they do this without any notifying and reason, it’s just happening. And their international service number isn’t even reachable.

this app has gone so far with their services from a good daily banking to one of the worst banks in UAE. They’ve toke the opportunity of Covid-19 excuses to terminate people, SLOW THEIR TRANSACTIONS, and delaying requests in the name of COVID 19, they ask customers do do their transactions online when 70% of the in person transactions options are not available online, and when you call the call center they answer you with their famous slogan “we will inform the concerned department and they will get back to you” which they never ever did because apparently there are no one to call you since everyone is being terminated. Now they have cancelled their options to let customers see how many miles they earn from Etihad current account and decided to shift it to mobile banking that “rewards” option never work.. what else can you do this app, thank you for proving to me and giving me another reason to shift my account to another bank and close my account with you.

After I login App keeps requesting verification through face recognition and scan of id using nfc feature using the uae identification card. It never works, it tells me my id isn’t mine and my face isn’t matching when I attempt to login. Calling for days to get support, got nowhere. Went to the branch close to home they said you have to call. Called again the automated system ridiculously keeps me on hold without ever been able to get to a real person. I would not recommend neither FAB nor the bank. Will rate at half star if allowed.

FAB is down for maintenance a lot more than normal banking app. FAB is also slow and clunky making the experience poor. 3 star is probably more than what it deserves in the current form.

Post migration of the two banks we are still left with 2 different accounts which were not mired into one... it would be preferred to at least be able to link 2 accounts on FAB or access more than one account!

Great app, the user experience is one of the best ones you’ll find in the UAE. By far.
The only caveat to not rate it at 5 stars is the lack of contacting support from FAB , the form is not working, the send button stays gray because you can’t select the subject of the request.

The online and mobile banking services are user driven, secured and can do all banking transactions without going to the branch.

Since the beginning I’m this app customer and very satisfied with them , now FAB is very convenient and user friendly

this app is the most easiest and simple app to do your daily and monthly payments

This is one of feu very user friendly bank application I have came across.
You can preform almost all of your bank transactions from your mobile with excellent security and performance.

I can enter FAB even when I write right numbers and it’s telling me that my account is blocking or locked I contact with customer servers and the problem still same 😡🤦🏻‍♂️

The best bank I’ve ever used in my life. this app customer services is the most awesome of all other banks in UAE. I was having issues with my bank account and they listen to me, checked where the errors might come from and even give me extra cash in my current account. What a lovely and wonderful bank. I’m using this opportunity to inform and advice all citizens and foreigners in the UAE to try get a this app account and be receiving their salary in it or use for your business. I bet you’ll never regret using this app.

FAB is already feature complete, so the increase of device limit and the removal of the annoying swipe function are both welcome changes.

I try to use the swipe card security feature it’s not working and it did not allow me to configure it I think something wrong with it

Please know that your app has been mal functioning for a week now. I have not be able to access FAB . No error message. It just shuts off abruptly and the forces another download. Until now waiting for new app to provide relief that never happens.
