App won’t stop loading and is super slow

Stupid app won’t even bring me to the login screen for my pin half the time. Constantly asking for a OTP which is good for security, but asking EVERY SINGLE TIME with a 1 minute timer becomes an issue when I can’t contact the other person I share the services with. Ends up even locking people out of the account when you can’t put in the OTP. Tried checking my account today and the app won’t even bring me to the login screen. Great bank but horrible and frustrating app. Needs better maintenance and management.

Horrible customer service experience

Extremely unhappy with the customer services respond. By mistake I blocked my card with 3m is I called and told the customer care to unblock. They refused and said new card had to be issued with charges. Really. Now its mire than a week I havnt recd my card thats because only satarday courier person called n I tried explaining him i work in any dhabi n can only receive on weekends. But till date I am not able to operate my account as i havnt recd the card. I am seriously thinking to change my bank with these kind of services.

12,000 accounts suspended and counting..

Avoid this bank at all costs.

They announced the immediate suspension of over 12,000 accounts of business customers over an SMS stating that KYC documents were ‘out of date’. Accidentally they also suspended thousands of accounts, including ours, where documents were in fact all up to date. 4 days later and all accounts still suspended.

So we can’t pay our salaries. Staff can’t pay rent and sending pics of landlords throwing their belongings out of their rooms. PDC cheques bouncing resulting in 95 (to date) forced account closures by the Central Bank since they suspended. Suppliers not delivering. Business can’t sell. More cheques bounce. Cargo stuck at ports. Customers flying in from all over the world to try and get their (fully up to date) accounts reopened. FAB staff calling in sick as they can’t handle the backlash.
