Those scammers took 60 bucks from my card accidently! It was my son's money. He's very sad. He needs that money back. I emailed them 3-4 times. No response for week. PLS GIVE ME TELEPHONE NUMBER. I wish to talk with them in polite manner! Worst company ever!

Horrible App

This app is horrible. I have the free version because I don’t want to pay for a scanner. Only get this app if you are going to pay for the subscription. The free version isn’t worth it because of how many restrictions and pop ups there are telling you to upgrade to the paid version. This app is also super glitchy and crashes consistently. I don’t recommend this app to anyone unless you are considering getting the paid version, which I still wouldn’t even recommend getting because of all the glitches.

Transferring services

I had this app on my Samsung tablet and I loved it. Very easy to use for someone who’s not very technologically savvy. My tablet broke and I downloaded the app onto my iPhone, however, in order to use the app I would have to pay another subscription fee although my subscription last until February 2019. I am very unabashed about this. I sent an email to customer service approximately 6 weeks ago and have not heard back. Now I’m in the process of finding another scanning app. I refuse to pay for another subscription of the same app.

Can’t even save as pdfs anymore without having to pay

We used to be able to save as pdfs without having to pay but now it won’t let us do that anymore and doesn’t even give any warning before, at the last minute of my final exam submission it gave error and won’t let me save. Really annoying.
