I’ve had to delete and re-install BDOPay at least 3x in the last month. When I open BDOPay to login with Face ID, I would see “Unknown” where it should have been my name and I would be required to type in my password. Worse is after that, it proceeds to a blank page. So I have to delete and re-install BDOPay . It will work for a few days and then the problem happens again. How can I use BDOPay to pay when I go shopping when it is so unreliable!?

Really just the same with their existing bank app just that you can't transfer money to other banks. I already find their existing app a hassle since u have to get the middle initial of the person you are sending money to from another bank. What if the account I am sending to is a corporate account? I can't even send money because it doesn't have a middle initial. hassle compared to other bank apps

Na blocked ang BDO PAY account ko kahit tama naman ang username and password na binigay ko.Worst is tawagan ko daw customer service and I waited for 30mins queuing na ubos pa load ko sa kaka antay.Mind you USA line pa gmit ko.walang libre kahit toll free.

I used BDOPay for a transaction with my vet. Just a simple BDO to BDO transfer and I got double charged! The BDO Pay itself only shows 1 charge, but good thing I noticed it when looking through my transactions online and confirmed with customer support. They claimed they'd help me reverse this and to not do anything (coordinate with my vet). 2 weeks later, didn't even get a notification. Called again to follow up on the reversal (with a ref#) and the next rep told me to do it myself since they can't do anything on their end. Now, I'm having a difficult time getting the refund from my vet because of BDOPay. If my payroll account wasn't BDO, I'd switch to BPI. Partner has BPI and no complaints, especially with their app.

BDOPay isn't even secure. It asked me to change passwords twice for security (due to some security issue they got a few months/weeks back). And then didn't even update with the first password change I did that it confirmed.

SERIOUSLY, STAY AWAY FROM THIS SH!++y app 🤮

Lame app if it does not support International Mobile Number even it is registred in your BDO Account

The most inconvenient electronic wallet app in the Philippines. To think it is also the a Philippines’ largest bank. OTP can’t arrive on time, sluggish performance. Waste of time!

Disappointed because im in the US and my phone number associated with my BDO account is from the US.

How stupid is it to develop an app you can’t log in? Bdo online banking sign-on works fine, but this Duhhh app develop by duhhh tech team is ridiculous…

I only use BDOPay to pay my BDO credit card bill. And even that just stopped working. Grabe!

Useless! The same with their existing BDO Apps! You can link your credit card but YOU CANNOT USE TO PAY your utility bills with BDO PAY! Such a genius! What a convenient way to pay

when i log in for the 1st time, i received a pop up message saying that my account is temporary blocked. please call this number blah blah on how to unblock your account. Hmmmm, how inconvenient to call the BDO hotline.

After the new update it keeps crashing and there are blank sections sometimes in BDOPay . Sigh… was hoping it would work better with the new update. I wish we could send screenshots to show the bugs

I keep on getting “Invalid Password” despite being able to use the same credentials in both my laptop and phone online banking app. I don’t want to reset my password since it’s working fine except on the BDO Pay.

Doesn’t work, useless app which doesn't let you log in or allow you to log in. Even if and when you're logged in today, tomorrow resets and make you log in again to then no work. Even with biometric save login

I have a an account but live in the U.S. the first page of BDOPay asks for phone number which is locked to The Philippines country code and thus unable to put in my American phone number. If you live in the U.S. BDOPay serves no purpose for the moment.

The interface is neat and seems easy to use. However I think this would’ve been better if it’s integrated in their mobile banking app so we don’t have to download a new one to experience this convenience. While I like the simplicity, I wish there’s a QR option for withdrawal transactions.
