I used BDOPay for a transaction with my vet. Just a simple BDO to BDO transfer and I got double charged! The BDO Pay itself only shows 1 charge, but good thing I noticed it when looking through my transactions online and confirmed with customer support. They claimed they'd help me reverse this and to not do anything (coordinate with my vet). 2 weeks later, didn't even get a notification. Called again to follow up on the reversal (with a ref#) and the next rep told me to do it myself since they can't do anything on their end. Now, I'm having a difficult time getting the refund from my vet because of BDOPay. If my payroll account wasn't BDO, I'd switch to BPI. Partner has BPI and no complaints, especially with their app.
BDOPay isn't even secure. It asked me to change passwords twice for security (due to some security issue they got a few months/weeks back). And then didn't even update with the first password change I did that it confirmed.
