- Video recorded in 4K (even 30fps) stutters and lags, ruining footage

App music not playing and not a available for download. I’ve deleted and re downloaded twice.

To resolve MOZA Genie network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the MOZA Genie App
1. On android, goto Settings » MOZA Genie » click [Force Stop]

Clear MOZA Genie App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » MOZA Genie » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart MOZA Genie.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click MOZA Genie » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto MOZA Genie » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch MOZA Genie
