I bought 2 gimbals, one for my daughter, who is a PE teacher and needs it for social distancing teaching, and one for myself. The object tracking feature was the option that convinced me for purchasing. However, this feature is not available within the apps. I have reported this several times and have not received an aps update. If no reply is received soon I will return both and request a refund. If I do receive a solution I will be testing and reconsider my review score.

Unacceptable Laggy 4K recording

Pairs well with Moza MX mini on iPhone 11/ios14. Face/object tracking work well. However, I consider the app unusable because any video recorded in 4K (even 30fps) stutters and lags, ruining footage. There are multiple reports of this in the reviews here and elsewhere but the devs appear to have yet to respond. It’s sad because the app has great functions, but laggy recording renders all those things useless IMO.

Will not connect to my Bluetooth

My phone is on, even the gimbal on. The connection keeps failing saying “I need to make the device is on and not connected to another phone”. Of course not! I only have one phone and all my other Bluetooths(which are not on while trying to connect to the MOZA) connect with no problem. It’s a malfunction in the app. Please fix!
