ChromeRiverSNAP makes it easy to upload receipts so that you don’t have to worry about losing them. Just snap a picture and it’s automatically uploaded to your account to be able to apply to an expense line item in the future. Very easy, quick setup of ChromeRiverSNAP , and then it’s as easy as just taking a picture. If you use Chrome River and don’t have ChromeRiverSNAP , you’re missing out on a great feature. Update - a year later and still working great! ChromeRiverSNAP really makes adding receipts to expense reports easy.

Chrome River Snap app is fantastic. It pairs so well with the Chrome River App. You just snap a picture of your receipt and hit the upload button. When you’re ready to do your expense report, all of your receipts are in your receipt gallery ready for you. You can just email your receipts, but ChromeRiverSNAP is much faster. You also have a copy of all the receipts you’ve uploaded in one place. Your receipt images aren’t mixed in with your camera photos either which is great!

This is a great app. So easy to use. Open ChromeRiverSNAP , Take a picture of your receipt and click upload and the receipt ends up in your receipt gallery and is automatically removed from your mobile device. You don’t have your photo gallery filled with business receipts because ChromeRiverSNAP holds your receipts and removes the receipts once uploaded. This is the best app I have seen for business. It can’t get any better than this

SNAP paired with Chrome River makes captures images of receipts so easy! It’s a stripped-down version of the Chrome River software that makes taking pictures of receipts in the moment a bit easier than opening the full Chrome River app. Open SNAP at lunch, take a picture, enter some optional categorizing information to jog your memory later, and put it away — 30 seconds and your receipt is taken care of.

Simple and easy to use. Take a picture and it gets organized right into your CR wallet online which alleviates the pain of trying to track all your receipts. Seems more reliable than emailing chrome file which I did in the past. Just sent an email out to the entire organization on how to use it as our biggest problem right now is sales guys who aren’t organized and like to combine receipts on line items or don’t have receipts at all.

The chrome river app is so easy to use. You don’t have to worry about losing your receipts anymore. You take a picture and it automatically uploads to your account. When it’s time to do your expenses it’s right there for you. No more emailing and hoping that it gets to the chrome river account. If you’re not using the chrome river app you’re really missing out. It is a must have.

Both Chrome River apps have their advantages. SNAP is great for those who crave (or can only handle) the simplest way possible to upload their receipts to their profile. That is what ChromeRiverSNAP gives you. Nothing more, nothing less. As part of the implementation team at my workplace, I was relieved to be able to point certain people towards SNAP. It’s like the gateway app for Chrome River.

ChromeRiverSNAP is excellent for exactly what it states. Just for uploading receipts. We use this primarily for trouble employees who struggle to get in weekly and submit their expense reports in their own... at least we are getting them to get their receipts on for an audit trail!!

It would be nice if they added a quick allocation feature that would carry from the receipt when an expense report was created... other than that it works great

ChromeRiverSNAP is simple to use and efficient to upload/send receipts to CR receipt gallery. Great how it deletes the images from your phone to free up space (unless you want to save a backup just in case). Takes a moment for the receipts to appear in the receipt gallery, approx 10-15 min, so allow some time to transfer. Also great that it’s available in the share section of the phone when selecting an image from Photos.

Nice and easy app, the only thing I find challenging is that since you can upload multiple receipts on one page the system tends to look at airline baggage receipts as more than just one and will split the image in half instead of keeping it as just one image.

I love CR snap because who wants an entire camera roll in their phone full of expense receipts!? I don’t ! My only thing I would like to see an improvement on is the receipt processor sometimes thinks 1 receipt is actually 2 receipts put together and it will split the receipt in half. For example baggage fees always show up as 2 images.

ChromeRiverSNAP saves myself and many users at my company so much time by easily uploading receipts on the go. Easily just taking a picture of the receipt when I get it and not having to worry about keeping track of all of the purchases that occur. Highly recommend!

I love this new app developed for use with Chrome River Expense. It’s yet another way that Chrome River has simplified expense reimbursements even more than they already have. Take a pic through ChromeRiverSNAP of your receipt and it automatically uploads to your profile in Chrome River! No need to delete the pic from your phone’s camera roll. Works easily and simply. I love it!

ChromeRiverSNAP is extremely easy to use. Very basic and very helpful while traveling on the go. Our users love not having to carry around old receipts once they SNAP it. ChromeRiverSNAP allows you to load you receipts directly on the spot then they available for you to complete once you travel is complete. The function to delete the receipts once they are used is another nice feature. Love not having to keep up with all my receipts!

This is a great app for expense report receipts. It does the work for you by automatically sending the receipt to your Chrome River network. In seconds. And deletes the unnecessary storage.

My only negative is the ability to add a comment, so I’ve starting writing directly on the receipts any pertinent info I may need later.

Very easy to upload a receipt. Does the sending for you to your chrome river account. Only thing it needs is an integration with your secretary if you have one so they can take pics of the receipts and have it sent to your chrome river.

It doesn’t get any easier than this! ChromeRiverSNAP is very user friendly. Click a picture of your receipt, click on the upload button and it’s downloaded to your receipt gallery on Chrome River and not your cell phone.

I began using this pretty quickly after it came out and really like it. It’s quick and easy with fast setup and intuitive design.
I’m anxious to continue to use and get more of my end users involved!

We have been using the desktop version of Chrome River for over two years and this handy little app makes adding receipts to your expense reports an easy and quick task. This is a great add on for the Chrome River application.

My photos constantly fail to upload for no reason (even when I have a strong cell signal or a strong WiFi connection), resulting in many attempts to upload and sometimes still having to load via a manual process. Given ChromeRiverSNAP is unlike Concur (which is a full-service app) and does nothing other than upload photos, I don’t understand why it does the one thing it can do so poorly.

ChromeRiverSNAP isn’t supported at all on osx. And the iPad version is just the iPhone version, meaning it doesn’t work full screen and it only works in portrait mode (which means it doesn’t work if you have a keyboard).

It may be pretty. and if you’re a windows or iphone-only user it may meet your needs. But if you use a mac or an ipad, this is not for you.

Open app. Take photo. Upload. That’s it. The receipt then goes to your account and the OCR extracts all the transaction data for you. Takes about 5 seconds to do and saves a ton of time.

So much easier using this new App for chromeriver to upload your expense receipts. Just take a picture and boom goes right to your receipts bin. No multiple steps, just one click.
