DIY Pool Care!
Love the new APP! Thanks Leslie’s! Most helpful is that I can track my rewards points. Their loyalty program is great and I’ve gotten points for purchases and on several items I’ve gotten large rewards back just for purchasing that item. Being a member, I get the special offers sent to me via email and mail which has saved me a lot of money through the years. I can do my own water test at home on here in between coming in to the store every couple of weeks and see what I need to do! I love all the educational advice. I’ve had algae and I don’t want it back again and the information on here on their Algae Free Guarantee will keep me algae free. The knowledge base here helps me to understand pool problems and how to resolve them. I get great advice in the stores, and it’s going to be helpful to also be able to look up my issue and learn more about how I can better care for my pool. My family and I enjoy my pool and it’s good to know I can easily take better care of my pool because of the tools in this app!

Really cool app, great customer service!!
Really cool app to help keep track of services needed on your pool, keeps track of your points and rewards (the latter of which is the main reason I signed up!). I initially had issues during registration and reached out to customer service via the "contact" button within the app itself and chose to send them an email. I received a very timely response with immediate rectification. I would highly recommend this to anyone with a pool and a local Leslie's store. My parents are signing up now 🤓

Update on my earlier reviews
Update: I now see all water tests and trends on my pool chemistry! Great app and even greater support! I wrote a review about this app not showing subsequent water tests done in-store. Dan and Arlene were terrific about getting to the cause of my problem. Somehow I managed to create 2 accounts that have now been merged. I have gotten the water tested only once since this was resolved. Provided I see subsequent tests, this app will get 5 stars! The team truly supports their patrons!
