Difícil to get hold of any human to answer questions - the response on Email : we are very busy Now I have a problem, I downloaded the app and for various days, when I press the icon opens for a Devon an voila the page disappears, no response from them - so it is no good at all

Worthless app
Needed a fit to fly COVID test. Lab’s booking site (DAM Health) insisted this app is essential, for which personal info such as your passport # is required. Not true! Not only is it unnecessary, test results and vaccination status are not listed at all. Useless and intrusive.

Not actually required by the testing center. Requires a lot if superfluous information: address, phone number, email, passport, birthday, AND a profile photo of my face. Why? To sell?
