- Basic testing has not been done

- Bugs for every device

- Font color of text is white while having white background

I installed mobile app without any problem. Menus are working but i can't download my ID and Visa copy. I can see PDF download button. But its is not working. Phone - Samsung A73, Good internet connection, has enough storage available. I tried reinstalling. Still not working. I need help please Thanks

Keeps telling me that two different user emails are invalid and won’t even do password resets. The Help button keeps bringing up random strangers name when addressing me. Someone else’s phone number appears if trying to register again. All data corruption issues.
