The developers have not done basic testing and it has bugs for every device that I’ve tried to complete the application.

Font color of text is white while having white background. This effects in filling application and choosing the dates, so we can’t proceed with application.

The application has many other bugs. This development company must be replaced with competent vendor who can deliver quality product.

The translation feature is not fully developed. A Key Word such as Abudhabi should be translated correctly. It doesn’t.

In addition, UAEICP does not consider UAE tradition and cultural names and titles.

I believe , UAEICP, is not a good application for our national document service, please please please I will pay all the fees for new application , this is waste of time and waste of respect , maybe for massage purpose will be ok , I rather go physically to renew, and delay charges on customer even when there is no other way to pay , all money all money we have money but sadly we don’t have service

App stuck on the home page, not able to do anything

I see the developers are updating UAEICP weekly. Can we please get the “Register Arrivals and Vaccination certificates Attestation” form from outside UAE fixed:
1) drop down values for nationality, passport, etc are missing
2) mobile phone field only allows 9 digits (visitors from the US have mobile phones with 10 digits)

Unfortunately neither do their websites. Impossible to register for mandatory services that enable you to travel to UAE. On UAEICP, I can’t get past the first question - nationality. It’s a drop down with no choices and a disabled search mechanism. Everything with this government is a dead end.

How you told us to update our data before November end and in same time we can’t because of the poor system

The current release does not allow for data entry such as nationality and other drop down menu items. It is therefore not possible to complete any applications.

I can’t input the dates required to complete my set up to register.. For the date fields it shows up blank so I’m not able to complete my registration via UAEICP ..

I cannot use any of the drop down options to register for nationality, gender, passport type, mobile number, vaccination country, etc. I try to type in the information but then nothing comes up in the menu. I can’t select what I typed either. Disappointed

The payment system is old. The information is not updated as my wife new passport is not showing. The small white font on a faded yellow background is hard to see on the survey. It’s an excellent app but needs updates and improvements !

UAEICP won’t let me access my camera roll after I have attached the first picture. I can only reattach the same one over and over again

Currently I can’t select nationality and gender or any other select field , search isn’t displaying anything either. I installed UAEICP on ios14 and upgraded to ios15 hoping that would do the trick , then updated today to the latest version but still the select fields can’t be used.

Unable to make Payment for Emirates ID renewal via ICA Mobile App. Tried 40 times in a week, raise online issue ticket, called call center but still no luck.

This application is really useful to did all the tasks related to visa applications and ID renewal. It is a bit hard to use and it will be great if they can make it a bit user friendly.

This is actually the worst government app I have ever experienced. This company should be replaced with a better, responsible, and market-led company to take care of UAEICP ( actually re-build it).

Application returned . Reason : a new photo needed. But there is no such option to upload a new photo.
