How to fix Sahel app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Sahel app on iPhone
Update Sahel app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Sahel iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Sahel on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Sahel network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Sahel Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Sahel not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Sahel App
1. On android, goto Settings » Sahel » click [Force Stop]

Update Sahel to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Sahel App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Sahel » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Sahel.

Fix Sahel unable to contact server/ Sahel internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Sahel » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Sahel » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Sahel
