I made a short story on the 'Book' section and forgot to select the folder sign to save it. Is there a way I can get it back? In the 'edit story' section, it saves automatically. Is there a way to do that on the 'book' section as well?

How to fix Auctor app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Auctor app on iPhone
Update Auctor app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Auctor iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Auctor on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Auctor network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Auctor Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Auctor not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Auctor App
1. On android, goto Settings » Auctor » click [Force Stop]

Update Auctor to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Auctor App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Auctor » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Auctor.

Fix Auctor unable to contact server/ Auctor internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Auctor » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Auctor » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Auctor
