The developers have not done basic testing and it has bugs for every device that I’ve tried to complete the application.

Font color of text is white while having white background. This effects in filling application and choosing the dates, so we can’t proceed with application.

The application has many other bugs. This development company must be replaced with competent vendor who can deliver quality product.

I believe , this app, is not a good application for our national document service, please please please I will pay all the fees for new application , this is waste of time and waste of respect , maybe for massage purpose will be ok , I rather go physically to renew, and delay charges on customer even when there is no other way to pay , all money all money we have money but sadly we don’t have service

Missing fields in order to register to get an ID

I see the developers are updating the app weekly. Can we please get the “Register Arrivals and Vaccination certificates Attestation” form from outside UAE fixed:
1) drop down values for nationality, passport, etc are missing
2) mobile phone field only allows 9 digits (visitors from the US have mobile phones with 10 digits)
