I got a notification on my current 1byone app that this new version was available so I downloaded it. THIS DOESN’T EVEN WORK. It keeps saying “network timeout”, “network failed”, or doesn’t do anything at all. Not to mention I’m not even sure I can sync my old data to it, which would almost defeat the purpose, it would be like starting over. Unless they fix the bugs and issues, I’ll stick with my “old” version that works perfectly fine.

UPDATE: I got a response from 1byoneHealth creator that the bugs were fixed. I disagree. 1. It took way to long to connect my scale to 1byoneHealth. 2. I’ve been using the previous app since the beginning of the year, essentially it would be like I was starting over which defeats the purpose of tracking my progress. Why wouldn’t you just improve the current app with better features? Or have the ability to transfer data? 3. It still crashes way to much, I can’t even navigate through 1byoneHealth properly. To individuals who are starting fresh, this could be a good app if the glitches get fixed. But for individuals who have already started their journey, 1byoneHealth is basically useless, I’m not going to go back and forth between both apps.

Since 1byone app support has not responded and now seems to be unreachable, I’m hoping they will read and respond to this.

1byoneHealth works well with the arm cuff in collecting bp readings. Comments can be added which is important to me because it allows me to monitor the effects of various factors including medication and exercise.

I like to review all my health data on the Apple Health app and by exporting to a spreadsheet where I can analyze it. Unfortunately Apple Health doesn’t accept the comments. But the export to CSV feature is very buggy and does not export the matching comments with the blood pressure readings. I’ve reported this and the first time i got an answer saying it will be fixed in a future release but this has not happened yet. The next time i reported it, i got no answer. And today, 1byoneHealth support site doesn’t even respond.

So 1byone, when will export of comments going to work?

I’ve had my 1byone scale for nearly 4 years and still love it, but I just found out something that is really annoying that needs to be fixed/implemented. The “Sync With Apple Health” option needs to be optional per user on the account. Let’s say you have 2 total users, but you only want User 1’s data to sync with Apple Health. You should be able to toggle “Sync With Apple Health” On for User 1, and toggle it Off for User 2.

The lacking of this feature has caused chaos to my Health data for who knows how long. This has more than likely caused my Apple Watch to give me more inaccurate readings due to Apple Watch needing height and weight to get and give more accurate calorie burn numbers.

I bought a Bluetooth scale by this company about a year ago, and there seems to now be multiple apps for it (they were released as individual apps instead of updates to the original). Since 1byoneHealth I first used no longer worked, I tried this one. First, if you measure weight in lbs and height in feet, you can select those options but are unable to enter the data in this format (it defaults to kg and lbs, even after selecting the other options). Second, there is no way to get this thing to pair with the scale, which is manufactured by the same company. Lastly, reaching out for Support is almost impossible. An email form pops up, but gives no indication the message was sent once you click on “send”. I’m uninstalling and looking for a new scale, sadly. What a waste of money.

My boyfriend and I both is the scale and app to monitor our exercising goals. The scale and app provide great benchmarks. The only issue I have is there is lack on information in 1byoneHealth or websites about that the different measurements mean.

For example, what are the different body types? What is the scale for comprehensive health score? My body fat percentage went down by 5% with the addition of the new measurements, but why? Do the new measurements breakdown the body fat percentage into more specific measurements?

Any explanation or guide in 1byoneHealth or online would greatly appreciated!

Wish I could rate these a zero star. 1byoneHealth won’t let you login on a second device with same account, keep throwing the error that account doesn’t exist. The funny art is it allows you to creat a new account with the same email address that’s already registered with the first device. So either it’s completely stored locally for both the account and data or there is a stupid bug. In either case the Customer support is an absolute joke and no help. Kept asking me to use the same region time setting on both devices, which already is the case. Good Scale, pathetic app and worst customer support.

When you open 1byoneHealth this occasionally shows a full screen ad for one of the other products they sell. It is annoying because I mostly bought this for the scale, not for the health app, but additionally the ad is full screen with no way to close it and it makes you wait. There is some Chinese wording in the top right corner with a countdown, I guess that is a countdown until it ends? Either way really annoying.

I was using the old 1byone Wellness app for quite a while and from the very beginning it was great. The Bluetooth paired quickly and easily and I never had a problem. Now that the old app no longer works and they have introduced the new apps, not only do I no longer have access to all of my past readings from the old app, but Bluetooth simply will not pair. I’ve turned my Bluetooth off and on, and have tried a variety of things that I hoped would help, but it NEVER connected.

I am extremely disappointed.

It’s simple - it works with the scale. Each person can make their own account and keep up with their own info. I had to get used to the date format but otherwise it does well and even integrates the data with the health app and Fitbit. Heck the only thing I can’t figure out is the part at the bottom that says “low normal high exceeds”.

I just received my Zoetouch Bluetooth scale and installed the compatible 1byOne tracking app. Based off some reviews, it seems like the application used to be somewhat unreliable, but I would guess the 1.5.4 update has corrected a lot of the issues. 1byoneHealth easily connected within seconds for me and updated every time I stepped on the scale.

Notification popped up on my phone while using the 1byone wellness 2.0 app to download the new app about a year or so ago and it failed to detect my 1byone Smart Scale. So I deleted it. Popped up again and said download the new app, bugs fixed... blah....blah.... blah. Same result. Will not find my scale. Old app still works fine. Like a previous reviewer said... how about you work on your existing app instead of writing a new one that doesn’t work for your already existing customers. And please stop asking me to download new apps if there aren’t even going to support your own products.

I have been using for about a month. Took to doctors appointment and compared with his. Reading was the same so would say accurate. The draw back is you can not add notes to previous readings. Would be nice if you could go back and add a note. My husband and I both use it and we are able to sync data to our separate phones

The iPhone app isn’t bad, but it should support autorotation, particularly for viewing charts.
What’s really missing that would make the scales a much more compelling product, is a Watch app. One shouldn’t have to bring the phone to the bathroom when one’s already got the watch on.

Do not buy this product as their scales become obsolete im about three years.
Your scale will eventually only be able to give you your weight and BMI and all of the other 6 to 8 parameters will simply read ‘0’. It’s not about 1byoneHealth but about the hardware. Suggested to one of their reps that maybe they should post a disclaimer on each scale in the stores diligently informing unsuspecting customers that they’re buying something that won’t do the job after 3 years! Highway robery!

I bought the scale a couple months ago, and 1byoneHealth is actually working. I am sure there are a lot that they can improve though. It takes a while for 1byoneHealth and scale to connect and retrieve the date, and sometimes it takes even longer.

I think 1byoneHealth and scale does just what it says and is supposed to do for that it’s great. I just wish there was an option to format the date. I understand I live in maybe the one country that does month, day, year but it’s how my brain thinks. Just a simple format option would be great and then this would be 5 stars for sure.

I bought this as my Husband and I wanted to lose weight. I think the extra info it gives you is wonderful. We haven’t had any issues with this product.

1/2/19. Like the previous customer, I also followed the directions to upgrade to the latest version.

I attempted downloading it, and had to log into 1byoneHealth store at least 5 times to obtain the download, and attempted pairing it more than 4 times—with NO success.

Even after I selected my 1byone white scale, and ensured Bluetooth was set to “on” on my iPhone 6S+, 1byoneHealth was unable to pair with my scale or 1byoneHealth .

And the original app refuses to list body fat-percentage, or several of the other options.

Perhaps the developer should visit the Europe or The Americas to see whether the problem is due to differences in networks between the countries.

Downloading 1byoneHealth in its present state: plan to waste at least 15 minute, attempting in vain to get it to pair. It won’t happen.

The UI does seem better, but there is no way to transfer the data from the old app to the new. This seems a major design flaw. I don’t want to lose several months of history. I’ll stay with the old app. It would have been better to have upgraded that app than release an incompatible new one.

1byoneHealth works really good with no problems, it took only 1 sec to pair with the wireless blood pressure device, pretty fast. It’s very detailed too. Can you add a feature that we can enter our oxygen level on n manually please?

The original app worked great. (Not sure why you didn’t just release this as an update?!?!) 1byoneHealth pairs to my scale, but took several attempts to login as it kept crashing. Also, it will not allow me to update settings. It crashes every time I press “Target Weight”. Would love an update to address these issues.

I downloaded new app before I read reviews. Don’t know if it really downloaded but now neither version works. My history is there but won’t connect to scale for new weight. If I open new app it keeps saying I need to bind new device. Wants me to log in. I try to log in and says it doesn’t recognize my email. If I log in as new member will all my history be erased? I turned off phone to possibly reset. Still doesn’t work.

So far so good! 1byoneHealth works great as does the scale. Not sure why many others are having issues but on the latest IOS as of this review and on my XS it works without any flaws. The scale is super high tech too and it has a nice design esthetic.

I purchased the scales a few years back and the original app worked wonderfully.

Recently I bought a new phone and wanted my weight tracked on it. Well to my surprise there are new apps for the scale. I have tried pairing for the last few days. All I get is... nothing. I even rested the phone on the scale when I stood thinking it needs super close contact. This is a poor app that does not serve a purpose aside from wasted memory on the phone.
