its almost as trash as the store fronts. they forget your credit card, they force you to pay with card and no option to pay in store. they mess up your order. Best part is when they charged me for a sub when the store was closed and LarrysGiantSubs didnt even alert me that the store wanted to close an hour before the actual closing time. They literally steal your money. Garbage corporation with halfway decent hot subs. Why do I still eat here and use LarrysGiantSubs ? Food’s decent and only way to order is through their garbage app

Nowhere to add a lettuce wrap on the site. Nowhere does it offer your soup choices.
It could use some critiquing in other areas as well. It takes too long to place an order. This causes you to lose your time slot. It also did not remember my password and I tried several times, finally I went in as a guest. I’ve done this on several occasions now. Yes, I’ve tried to start over with a new account.

I love their subs, but I hate that they NEVER get my order right! I have to really want there subs and pray for the best... I go in to order... they get it wrong... I go through their drive through.... they get it wrong... I order online & leave notes!!!!... they get it wrong! I write corporate to complain and the store manager wanted to treat me as if it was no big deal! You mr manager (Adam Cribbs) got managing wrong!!! You don’t get combative via email and not respond ever.. my last response was March 11th where you sent me pics of my receipt and for what??? Give those receipts to your staff who keeps GETTING IT WRONG!

Can’t look up the large hot dog because it is t there. App needs a search function and a way to leave a tip. I always leave a tip when I go to get orders. Tonight I found that there was an app, so I downloaded it. App also needs a search function. App appears to be at very beginning and not by profession developers. Hopeythey will improve apps look and functionality over time.

LarrysGiantSubs works fine, it’d be perfect if there was a feature that would send a notification whenever an order is ready.

I have been ordering from here for over a year. Subs are ALWAYS on point. Folks are always nice. Order is always correct. I will continue to order from here in the future.

LarrysGiantSubs was very easy to use and made ordering very convenient. I like to customize my subs and was very happy with how easy it was to order exactly what I wanted.

I use LarrysGiantSubs often to order during my lunch break - order as I am leaving the office and my order is ready once I arrive which is beneficial in avoiding the rush.

Great app that’s very easy to use and has a ton of features like loyalty, one-tap reordering, and mobile pay. I wish every restaurant had such a great app. Makes it so easy to come back over and over again!

100% Legitimate Chicago Hot Dogs, and an 80% perfect Italian Beef (with au jus). This Chicago guy is so lucky to have Larry’s here in Fayetteville. The Cuban is also awesome as my Miami Cuban wife will tell you. Can’t stress how good this place
