its almost as trash as the store fronts. they forget your credit card, they force you to pay with card and no option to pay in store. they mess up your order. Best part is when they charged me for a sub when the store was closed and the app didnt even alert me that the store wanted to close an hour before the actual closing time. They literally steal your money. Garbage corporation with halfway decent hot subs. Why do I still eat here and use the app? Food’s decent and only way to order is through their garbage app

Nowhere to add a lettuce wrap on the site. Nowhere does it offer your soup choices.
It could use some critiquing in other areas as well. It takes too long to place an order. This causes you to lose your time slot. It also did not remember my password and I tried several times, finally I went in as a guest. I’ve done this on several occasions now. Yes, I’ve tried to start over with a new account.

I love their subs, but I hate that they NEVER get my order right! I have to really want there subs and pray for the best... I go in to order... they get it wrong... I go through their drive through.... they get it wrong... I order online & leave notes!!!!... they get it wrong! I write corporate to complain and the store manager wanted to treat me as if it was no big deal! You mr manager (Adam Cribbs) got managing wrong!!! You don’t get combative via email and not respond ever.. my last response was March 11th where you sent me pics of my receipt and for what??? Give those receipts to your staff who keeps GETTING IT WRONG!
