Please fix the issue Doesn’t work on data only works on WiFi

The subscription is supposed to have +600 live channels... I only bought it for beinsport and the championsleague... doesn’t even load those couple of channes!!🤦‍♂️

Not worth it, no longer streaming all American, power, BMF , or any other mainstream hit tv shows or bet shows since the recent update.

App and shows rarely work When you submit a ticket they ignore it sometimes for days. Shows will either not work or you can see the show but no sound. Shows blip or repeat constantly. Don’t do it. They just don’t care that you can’t watch them. Catchup doesn’t always work either.

I paid for 3 months subscription and I can’t log in. I can’t get anyone to help fix the problem

Anyone have a solution for logging in? Every since I have updated NoraGO , I can’t login using my login usual credentials and can’t get in contact with my service provider.

PLEASE ALLOW AIRPLAY WITH NEXT UPDATE. There’s been several updates and they get worse every time. Please add back AirPlay.

We’ve been trying to reach them 10 days in a row with no result. We want add NoraGO to our iPads but we need them to give the information and well no answer.

If you select the video on demand option, they will show racist and homophobic news snippets before you can preview the movie trailer. It’s only on a few movies, but we know their intent.

The content on the iOS is not the same as the content on the macOS app. I'm not sure why. But it would be groovy if the content were the same

One issues I’m having is when I watch it seems as if it’s zoomed in on my tv just bought a qled 55 and tried watching tv And it’s zoomed in when watching anything on app another issue is where some channels don’t work and where on the channel guide it won’t shows names of show that is on.

Stop and starts to much on the iPhone

Works great on iPhone and iPad. There is is no search option though in appletv when trying to watch video on demand.

NoraGO would be perfect if it connect to my Apple TV

Like a bus line; this program stops & goes (sometimes!) When it’s working, it has great video & sound. When it’ snot, just change channels and watch something else. It may be your internet speed not keeping up with the device you’re watching it on or it’s poor programming (1’s & 0’s.) Despite the stoppage, or rather, if you can live with it, you’ll surely enjoy the channel programming (selection.). Twice in six months I couldn’t watch anything for 2-3 days because either they were performing “mainframe maintenance” or they got shut down. That is the reason I gave it 4 stars(!!!) instead of 5.

When outside on the data won’t work
Can you please fix this on next update

Allot has changed with the update . It only works with WiFi and not 5G

Been with them for around 9 yrs and I ain’t had a problem… I just wish I could put more sticks on my account that’s really it.
