Sou residente no estrangeiro e nos últimos tempos não tenho conseguido aceder a funcionalidade total do serviço móvel porque o SMS token não está a funcionar. Funcionava bem no passado mas agora não tem funcionado.

Eu moro nos Estados Unidos e estou farta de usar este banco! Cuando abri a conta era gratis a manutencão, agora são 5 euros, eu solo recebo sustento da minha filha nessa conta e ainda tenho de pagar manutencão da conta que so uso para isti! Hoje reviso e tenho de activar o sms token! Como posso fazer isto! Estao sempre a cambiar sus merdas eu não posso fazer isto!

Caixadirecta is quite comprehensive with many services and options.
However I frequently get confused with the layout and it is not unusual spending some time trying to figure out where are the things I want.
It also seems slow.

Caixadirecta provides access to almost all features you’d want. You can now set the interface to English and most actions are correctly localized. Some quirks still exist and it would be good to have a bit more iOS integration.

Esta é uma versão melhor da app da Caixa Directa. No entanto a interface não é adequada para iPads. É apenas uma ampliação da imagem que veríamos no telemóvel e não se adapta a orientação do iPad. Espero que criem actualizações ara fazer a app perfeitamente compatível com iPad.

Ao contrário da extinta aplicação, todas à vezes que tentei fazer uma transferência ocorreu um erro ou simplesmente não estava disponível. Pensei que esta nova aplicação é muito mais confusa e tem um “layout” pouco intuitivo. E pior de tudo, não está disponível em iPads. Ou seja, volta-se para trás no tempo, em que terá que ser feito no laptop ou PC. Péssimo.
