NO SERVICE I set up an account with Visible app and paid for the plus program. Ported my previous phone number and the service was never activated. now I have no service on old phone or new phone. I cannot even access Visible app or Visible chat at this time. I'm locked out of their system for some reason. Is this a way to operate a company? I now want to cancel them and get my ported number back but I'm locked out No contact available

I’ve been trying for a week to activate my new Apple Watch 8 cellular and visible customer service is a joke and very unhelpful. They have no clue how to help. I hit set up cellular and login. It says my watch has been added to my plan and hit continue to activate esim. Then the app crashes. Custom service keeps passing me around and has no clue how to fix this. Super frustrated.

I login, but then the app indicates something ent wrong and it just keep saying that on the main screen. When you go to other screens its ol. Main has the problem.

I would like to say I'm just very disappointed in this service after my trip from Tulsa to Dallas yesterday. I was only 45 mins outside of Tulsa and before I lost all service signal. 3 hours of a Oklahoma major highway I drove, passing many cell towers, still zero signal and numerous times I reset my phone to try to connect to a network. I am lucky that I did not break down or hit a deer at night because I could not use my phone to request roadside assistance. Why am I paying 40 dollars for a "Verizon" service I lose and don't feel safe traveling through the state?

I don't chat on the phone much but it drops the call frequently & the phone is dead! Can't call back or anyone! Even messages get queued & not sent! The only way to fix this is to restart the phone! It's a galaxy s10. What gives? Contemplating the savings now that I switched.
