Still getting scam calls a lot of them

I’m having the exact same issues. ScamShield was working great now it’s not working at all! It literally says “0 blocked spam calls in the last 30days.” Yea no kidding! Every single spam call and text is coming through. I get at least 5 a day. Wtf happened?! It used to work amazing 😡

This app blocks NOTHING. Calls marked Suspected Spam ring right through. Total garbage.

Scam shield worked up and until one month nth ago. Now it doesn't do anything. I have done everything it says to do, but it just sites there doing nothing. The little cal T Mobile store doesn't know which end is up, and I don't want to drive over an hour to get there nto Knoxville to a former Sprint repair store. Why would it work for ten months and quit?

How to fix T- app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the T- app on iPhone
Update T- app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall T- iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix T- on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve T- network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

T- Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix T- not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the T- App
1. On android, goto Settings » T- » click [Force Stop]

Update T- to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear T- App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » T- » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart T-.

Fix T- unable to contact server/ T- internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click T- » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto T- » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
