DiDi Rider Status

I am having trouble loading "My Trips" so I can request my receipt.

I enter pick up and drop off location confirm pick up address then it fails to search for a driver. Both addresses end up down the bottom of the screen along with cancel ride. I had uninstalled the didi app restarted installed didi app no change the didi app fails to search for a driver. Both addresses end up down the bottom of the screen along with cancel ride. There is no choice so i have to use uber. Please fix the application or put a phone number for call centre to organise rides asap.

Can't even sign up for the app. Downloaded it, and I get to filling out my details. Once I put my name name and email in it says Network Error. I've tried on mobile data and wifi (both when I have 4 bars of service). Have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times and it still does it.

Have the same problem as everybody else put in the pickup and drop off locations yet D fails to connect me with the driver the only option I have ised 84 and a half without an issue this is being happening for months now and every time I have to use Uber

Didi won't do anything

I cant get into app y used to just press google press ok and ok not i accept terms and conditions and it says too many attemots plz resolve issue i need the app

I cannot get a didi at all I've tried searching multiple different pick up and drop off locations, abd the app searches but no drivers are located/my job isn't accepted ever. This started about a month ago. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app to no effect

My DD Rider app for Android doesn't show anything about driving and getting picked up and requesting rides it only shows DD pay what do I do I tried to reinstall but it still doesn't have DD Rider

I have the same problem that most other people are reporting. I have tried to use the Did app many times over the past 6 months but it doesnt search or find any driver. I have tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling but it still doesnt work. It's so frustrating because I have discount vouchers I want to use. In every instant I have had to quit the app and use Ola or Uber instead. I can then get a ride instantly.

My didi app isn't finding any rides

Driver charged me more than the actual price and told me he will send the change to my wallet and he didn’t

My issue I have been having is the app never finds me a driver. I put in my pick up address and my where to location make my payment etc and than it tries to find my driver. But for over a month now i have been having issues. I havnt been able to use my didi app I have lost free rides and my $20 off rides, all my promotions in general because I can never find a driver... I use my didi regularly and need this fixed up asap please.

It's not showing anything when I book ,,just showing the directions but no car around
