Have the scoot app... Ive booked 2 holidays and gone to my bookings.. Entered the booking number and email and it appears Then next time i open the app its all gone.... very frustrating

Tried booking flights over 10 times, keep being re-directed back to adding in my details...payment won't process

Close and restart the Scoot app on iPhone
Update Scoot app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Scoot iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Scoot on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Scoot network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Scoot app issues:

Force Stop the Scoot App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Scoot app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Scoot to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Scoot App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Scoot app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Scoot.

Fix Scoot unable to contact server/ Scoot internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Scoot » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Scoot » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Scoot on android.
