Every time I use the scooter, it gives me a message that I must go to the wallet to put a minimum of 30 pounds of money, and I have put 60 pounds before, and I have to put money to operate the scooter, and it does not work unless I put money in the wallet. Yesterday, I bought a month package at 30 pounds for open use, and with that Trying the package told me that I have to recharge the balance in the wallet to drive the scooter
I had the exact same problem the app would not allow me to end ride and keeps complaining about network connection or says something went wrong, I locked the scooter after 16mims or so and now it's saying I had it for 49mins when they should know exactly when it was locked. The app wasn't allowing me to successfully send the image after I had taken pic of the scooter locked.
I have not been able to end my ride for the last 40 minutes. I am already home and the app tells me I have no internet, when my internet is excellent. I do not want to be charged for hours when I used the scooter for a ride no longer than 10-15 minutes. Please let me know what to do!
