How to fix Balance app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Balance app on iPhone
Update Balance app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Balance iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Balance on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Balance network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Balance Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Balance not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Balance App
1. On android, goto Settings » Balance » click [Force Stop]

Update Balance to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Balance App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Balance » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Balance.

Fix Balance unable to contact server/ Balance internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Balance » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Balance » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Balance
