Won't let me check out says something went wrong try again and I do that same thing

MY DQ APP WANTS ME TO UPDATE BUT I HAVE AN APPLE 7 AND DO NOT HAVE IOS 16. EVERYTIME I TRY TO USE MY APP DQ WANTS ME TO UPDATE MY APP. AND I CANNOT. THIS IS EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING TO ME AND I HOPE THIS CAN BE FIXED. I GO SEVERAL TIMES A WEEK TO DAIRY QUEEN BUT WANT MY POINTS AND REWARDS. IF THIS CANNOT BE FIXED I WILL NOT USE DAIRY QUEEN AS MUCH AS I DO NOW.

This app is trash.. constant problems. Never been so frustrated with an app before in my life. Get it together

I have not received my points when I order the last three/four times. It says "application error: a client side exception has occurred (see the browser, "console for more information" when I press contact us. It has been stuck on 476 points for quite some tome. I was also supossed to get 100 bonus points and never got them. Thankyou

First thing was it logged me out of the app & won't let me log back in. So I tried updating the app on the Google Play Store. It seems the DQ Canada app has now been replaced by the DQ International app in the Google Play Store. So I installed the new DQ International app & it still won't let me log in. So I even tried making a new account & give up all my accumulated DQ points but it says my phone # is not valid. WTF?? Is this a Google joke or a DQ joke? Regardless, I don't find it funny or amusing From reading all the other comments on the Google Play Store & here.. I would say it looks & feels more like we've all been scammed out of our points we had collected.. & that's no joke.

App won’t open with my logon on my iphone

ERROR WE HAD A PROBLEM LOGGING IN YOUR ACCOUNT, SO LETS TRY AGAIN! I try again over and over and get the SAME message!

The Dairy Queen app won’t let sign in. I put in my email and I forgot my password and I hit forgot password and it doesn’t show up in my email. I also hit creat a count and when get to the last page from it to find the location of the Dairy Queen it keeps on saying the phone has been taken.

Opened up dairy Queen app to look at my rewards it says there are no rewards. I can see my points I can see my activity but I can't use my points because the rewards are not showing up.

It works well until I go to submit the order. Every time I get the error : 211 error validating basket. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled - still the same error. DQ staff say app hasn’t worked for over a year! Really! Surely it can be fixed.

I get an error phone number already taken, but it is my phone number. I tried resetting my password but I get the same error. Crappy app

Can't message DQ through the app. Won't allow me to submit. Tried repeatedly. Keep scanning my phone and I don't get my points.

I cannot access the app - have changed my password and still does not let me sign in. I am not getting credit/points for my purchases. Frustrating to the max...

Been struggling with some of the same problems as posted before me. It keeps telling me an error has occurred doesn’t say what there is or why I have tried changing my password uninstalling and reinstalling the app it doesn’t seem to help ever I have thousands of points that are being wasted I can’t get any of the deals and even when I try to create a brand new account it won’t allow me because my phone number is in use. What a pain in the butt it sucks

it won’t allow me to login to my dq app with my account and i e tried changing it. i just wanted to order ahead.

I have called the number once and completed this form 3 times. I was forced to update the app and now after I put in my information it says “an error has occurred.” Other people with this app have not had this problem. This has been ongoing for several weeks. Please help me by emailing me some kind of response.

The DQ App doesn’t allow me to log on. I reset the password and it was confirmed via e-mail but I still can’t log in the APP hence I can’t redeem points. Not sure this APP is good for business???

Hi there, My app is not working - hasn't for a while. Is this a common problem? Is there a way to still get deals? Maybe a newsletter with deals, if that's a thing? Thanks, Erica

I’m having all of the above issues previously reported! When I could not log in, I tried making a new login because original login has an email I no longer access….upon trying to do that, it says phone number is already used. Way back -years ago - I wanted to change my email and the app did not have that option so I just kept using it….until suddenly my password didn’t work and thus I was required to go to my email to reset….yeah to my email that I no longer use…..bye bye DQ

Won't let me log in. I went to make a online order and app kept saying error when I enter my login. Really disappointing since I am on a road trip and wanted to order ahead of time. Looks like I'm going to mcdonalds

I was given an opportunity to fill out a survey for a Free Dilly Bar. Their site is NOT working and will not allow me to enter. Site will not allow me to write anything nor take the survey. What a joke this is on DQ and its customers. By the way, their ice cream and food is overpriced.
