Unfortunately professionalism doesn’t exist yet in such apps here in SA. I don’t know if the problem with the app developers or the customers themselves. It just took me few minutes to read the reviews here and also at the other app called Ekar. Everyone is complaining about the service. Will be back to the old ways of renting cars. مع الاسف نفتقد الإحترافية عندنا في هذه التطبيقات ماعرف وين المشكلة من العملاء وطريقة استخدامهم للسيارات ولا من مطورين التطبيقات. اغلب التعليقات سلبية يامشاكل بالسيارة اوالدفع ...الخ لا هذا التطبيق ولا تطبيق ekar كلهم المراجعات سلبيه مع الاسف.
