Unfortunately professionalism doesn’t exist yet in such apps here in SA. I don’t know if the problem with IDriveKSA developers or the customers themselves. It just took me few minutes to read the reviews here and also at the other app called Ekar. Everyone is complaining about the service. Will be back to the old ways of renting cars.

Regardless of the technical errors, IDriveKSA didnt work with me after many attempts. To add to that, they deducted money and its been 20 days. Without any progress

The car did not start so i called customer support to fix the problem they told i should indicate if there is any accidents in the car throw IDriveKSA after that the car will start. So i tried to submit accident report throw IDriveKSA but it was freezing i tried to restart IDriveKSA i even restart my phone but IDriveKSA was is still frozen so i called the customer service again to tell them i left the car and i ordered uber believe it or not they charge my card 11 riyal even though i waste 30 minutes of my time just to start the car i called the customer support again about the amount and they basically told me that the problem was either my phone or my internet.
Btw my phone is iphone XS with the best stc sim card which indicates that the problem was from their side. I promised my self to never ever use IDriveKSA again and i delete the entire app.
Keep up the bad work customer support i promise you by this model you will never get loyal customers.

I’ve used similar apps outside Saudi and they were super convenient. I was excited to try iDrive, but when I actually needed it and went to a car,it wouldn’t unlock.
I had to verify my pin (which I don’t remember creating but kept trying basic stuff till it worked), then it asked to verify another pin sent by SMS.
I recurved the text, but when I enter the pin it says it’s wrong. I tried about 10 times then gave up.
Sorry iDrive. I really want this to work, but it’s very disappointing.

Very bad app, GPS connection always off, never worked with WiFi connection, only 4G, and this connection is interrupted occasionally. I found myself being signed off, and try to sign in/ reset my password still have the same error message (something went wrong). Although it is built to serve a great idea, however with that poor quality app, will lose a whole market share!

Unfortunately even after registration I have tried to book a car multiple times from different places non of them worked!!
Once I booked a car and walked toward it but once I reached there, I didn't find the car !! i tried to call but it wasn't helpful at all..
And sometime I book a car and reach there but it don't open !!
Need lots of improvement...
