March 9th - UPDATE TO THIS REVIEW ——- I received a response from this app here and via an email and was told in the email that there is nothing that they can do at this time. I created a new account with a second email that I use and the same thing happened! I was blocked AGAIN!! I’m VERY frustrated and confused. There are some really cool items for sale and my money is just as green as any other customer who shops on their site!

I’ve loved shopping on Vova and have made a lot of purchases. The quality of most items is pretty good to great. For some reason tho my account has been blocked. I’ve done nothing different, have paid the same but every time I try to buy something I get an alert that my money has been refunded because of a risk of some sort. There are a couple of items that I keep trying to buy but no way!! I emailed their customer service and was told that they cannot in-block my account. I’d think that they would want to keep a good customer happy. I have now had to create a new account and I hope I can finally order again. There are some things I really want for gifts so am hopeful.

Like others I ordered lashes and never received them. I ordered them over 2 months ago. When I told this app i didn’t received them, they continued to say I did then they told me to call my local post office when I did it was delivered to some other address even though it was not mine they still continued to say it was delivered and they refused to give me a refund. So I made a mistake and reordered the same product but I only got refunded for 3 of my items instead of 4. I use to love Vova especially because they did not charge shipping and I bragged to lots of people I know but now it does charge shipping not to mention that a lot of the products are expensive even more than the products at the store. Then they promised for you to get your stuff in 15 days but has not happened. Vova use to be better than wish Ali express and others because of the No shipping charges but now they have gone down. Now it’s back to finding another reasonable app where they don’t charge shipping!

I bought three items of their auction house that were available at first they told me to go to the price section and pay for them which I already have done next day tell me to contact support which I did and gave them all three order numbers they told me to write out a review report and now this morning they tell me all products are sold out this place is the biggest ripoff I have ever seen they like to give you coupons to make up for it they give you a three dollar coupon but you have to spend $30 to use it I’ll give you a two dollar coupon and you have to spend $20 to use it and then they’ll give you a $1 coupon and they want you to spend $10 to use that coupon this place I don’t know how they have the rating they do because they absolutely are terrible been dealing with this for over a week

I only downloaded Vova because my friend sent me a link. It said that I would receive “crystals” for downloading it via the link and so would my friend. These crystals are used to redeem “freebies”. I downloaded it and registered from the link and I didn’t receive anything. I also sent a link to another friend and again, got nothing for that. I contacted them about it and they told me that they were sorry I was having a problem, but they have the right to take crystals away for people misusing their app. This confused the absolute hell out of me, because I hadn’t even heard of Vova before the link that my friend sent me. Basically, all the free stuff is false advertising. Rude customer service as well. They didn’t even give my account a second look to see that they were screwing 3 people over now.

I haven’t actually bought anything yet, but the prices seem more than reasonable. I am only leaving 3 stars until I see how it goes with my first purchase. I have read some reviews about asking for a copy of their credit card. If I’m asked that, I will delete Vova . I worked at CitiCards in identity theft and transaction fraud. There is absolutely no reason that a company would need a copy of your card ever. Technically, the information isn’t even supposed to be stored where any employee would have access to it. They should only be able to access the last 4 digits of your card information at the most. But I will reserve judgement until I see how it works.

I ordered several items. My first and last order for sure. They are claiming the items were delivered to me and I have yet to see them. Of course to get a refund on anything they expect you to upload photos of the items. How the heck do I upload photos of items I’ve never received???
To make matters worse, after I finally figure out a way to request a refund I end up getting an email from them stating that they would not give me a refund followed by some Chinese or Japanese writing that I can’t read at all.
My advice? Don’t download Vova and don’t order anything from it unless you like wasting money.

I could not be more pleased with my purchases from this app! I have done the Cute and Wish apps for awhile now and the shipping always costs more than the products by the end of my order ... I have not paid ANY shipping on anything from this app and now I have ordered 20+ products from them. Everything seems to come fairly quickly too and the beauty products have been really good ... not the cheapy crap! I actually just deleted my other shopping apps, it’s hard to go back and pay for shipping after using this app. It’s my new addiction lol A++

I made my first purchase this week with them and emailed me two days later “challenging” my payment. They want me to send them a photo of my credit card and photo ID or passport. First of all that’s a major red flag!!! I contacted support to cancel the order and they tell me to hit the “cancel order” button on my order. There is no cancel order button. They literally lie to me and other people. Save yourself the time and shop on a different app. I had to cancel my credit card at the bank to avoid unwanted charges to my account since online reviews mentioned that a lot of people had to do this to stop unwanted charges on their cards. Thanks for nothing but a whole lot of trouble this app. Your online store is just another big scam full of lies.😡

I placed my first order on here buying Christmas presents. The items looked very nice and the prices seemed ok. However, when I received the items, it was a joke. I could have made them myself at home. I thought I was getting a beautiful dress and it actually looks like a Halloween costume. I ordered several long sleeve medium size shirts and one of them came as a sleeveless top in a size 6x. I didn’t even know they made that size 😱. So far the others I’ve received look like they are made out of costume materials. I’m very disappointed with the experience on Vova. I can’t even get customer service. You can request refund but it doesn’t work. I can’t even use them as Christmas gifts and I spent over $100. It’s so sickening.

I downloaded this after seeing an advertisement online and figured I’d give it a shot. After browsing for about ten minutes, I found a phone case for a little over 2 US dollars free shipping so I thought I’d purchase it and see. It came within a couple weeks, quicker than I had expected, and it was really cute! There were a couple design errors, but for the price I REALLY can’t complain! I have since then purchased a few other things, I am just waiting for them to arrive!

I haven’t purchased from this particular site yet. I have bought from Jume and have been very happy. I’m guessing this will be the same. Sometimes it takes a while for packages to get to me, but the shipping is free, so I can’t complain. I’m ordering this week, I’ll see how it goes, I expect it’ll be just like the other website, and I’ve always been happy with them. If I receive something I’m not happy with, from the other website, they quickly refund me for it. I’m guessing this one will be the same.

I was skeptical at first and tried it out. Although at first it was two months before I got my first order and almost 3 on another well I only paid $3 for stylus and 6 bucks for a fit bit watch......they delivered and I understand the length of delivery but it is legit. And now 15 day delivery?? My fiancee had taken over my credit card! I'm from Texas and you can contact me for proof. Thanks this app I don't know how yall do it but this is off the hook!!

If there’s below 0 that Would be I understand it’s a free standard shipping and it would arrive 15 to 52 days but I paid for the shipping the first one it cost me 24 Dollars because it says it’s not gonna be later than September 23 so I thought it was maybe It will arrive by the end of this month for the fact that I paid for the shipping but they called VE something and so I ordered a second match which I paid almost $11 for the shipping with the same info and now when I update it it won’t be arriving until October 15 which I’m not gonna need the item anymore I should have bought it in Wish and SHEIN faster than this which has the same pricing

With the amount I’m getting from the eyelashes I just ordered. I can honestly call it a small whole sale. It’s great how I can buy products here for so little compared to Where everyone runs too. Like Wish or Alibaba. There’s also cool features where they make earning coupons and doing simple fun task around Vova interesting. Thank you guys and more reviews coming when I do get my first order!

I ordered solar lamps & an essential oil defuser I was told it would get here December 14 I still haven’t recieved my items. I use to order from wish. This seems to take longer than wish to get your items. I ordered items from wish after I ordered from this site. My order from wish has already arrived & im still waiting on the email they say they send to let you know your rider is Ben processed . I know the money was already taken out of my bank & I’m still waiting for the email about my Yoder. But I did take pictures of my order & payment. I’m not sure if I would order from here ataun or recommend this site to others.

I used to love this site until I didn’t receive three items after three months of waiting. When I requested a refund, I was told to wait another week. I guess I have no choice except to dispute the charges with my credit card company. I will never use this site again and will discourage most of my relatives and friends to avoid this site also. Since I also write novels I will see to it that the hundreds of thousands of my faithful readers also know how you operate your business when there is a problem. I hope your company gets its act together before most of your customers come to realize how you operate.

I have put in several orders with multiple items and you guys keep canceling my order. This is so disappointing because after I keep picking the items for my store which takes a lot of time, I end up with a pending order that cancels by itself. I need someone to reply to my emails. I love love love Vova! Everything I ever ordered from Wish was either wrong or broken. I had given up hope for inexpensive cute gifts that didn’t cost more in shipping than in the gift itself. Then I hear about this app. Love it!! I ordered something tiny and not really needed just to see the quality and I was pleased.
I don’t know what the deal is with people’s cards, but never once have I been asked for a copy of my card or credentials.

I always used Wish or Geek and not only were the products not cheaper but the shipping actually cost more than the product sometimes . After finding this app I no longer look at the other Apps . this app is the way to go if you don’t mind waiting for your products a bit . Also if you have a issue customer service is available and treats you professionally . Check it out for yourself I am sure anyone will like it .

I haven’t purchased anything yet, so my star rate won’t be high. I’ve been reading these reviews & I’m a lil hesitant on buying anything. There are some really shady moves u guys are being accused of. When u start requesting pics of people’s credit cards & photo i.d.’s when they’ve already entered that pymt. info to purchase an item is a lil sketchy. Also, the quality of your items have said to be cheaply made Chinese knock-offs. I truly hope what ur advertising for sale is what I will get for my money. I’m gonna give you guys a chance. I hope I’m not disappointed.

I have used this app three times now. Happy with purchases received. Sometimes the shipping is very slow and shipping info is not updated but you will be happy when your product arrives.
Only suggestion is to let purchaser know when something is out of stock before it goes into basket or ordered. I have had several refunds because of out of stock. Otherwise I love the site.

I sign in and saw a foundation i liked and when i hit the button to checkout it told me to put my card information so I obviously had to in order to get my item, but it turns out that it said unpaid. When i when to check my back account it said it charged me. It gave me the money back instantly after a 1 minute but my point is that was unnecessary because im trying to get something and finding myself with “ unable to purchase or inconvenience” is petty 🙄😐. I found it weird how it took my money and refund it twice quick 🤨. i don’t recommend it honestly (Joom/Wish is a better app)

I love Vova so far even though they changed a few things on my profile, such as, my address and birthday. Little did I know this till after my first purchase. So keep a close eye out for little mistakes like that and make sure you read the descriptions closely because some do lie about what they are selling you in their product title. Other than that an amazing app with great deals.

I’m looking at the men’s clothing and the size chart are confusing. I have been planning on buying a few things but it looks like the US size in inches is showing the larges size as XXL and only a 29 inch waist. On most sites like wish or Ali Express I usually have to buy one size larger to fit. The sizes here look like no one with a 30 inch waist will fit which is probably most of the buyers. If there is any information you would like to share I’m still interested in purchasing.

Low prices but Vova started not responding well today. Says that I have no Internet connection when trying to browse but yet I have tried with just WiFi then just Cellular data then when it still was the same response I tried combo of cellular data & Wi-Fi also. Then tried writing them but, it led me to questions that a customer would have but no where to write them! Please have your developer look at Vova thank you!
