My issue has been with distractions, either flagged or the highlighted display when I have not touched the device at all. I have secured the device to avoid movement and still this has been a problem. Also mentor is not able to differentiate brake slamming with firm pressing. Mentor is too sensitive for the type of movement incurred for delivery occupations. We encounter the need to make sudden brakes when approaching destinations and avoiding dangers. Because scoring depends on Mentor this app need to be studied and improved for delivery occupations

I watch the mentor videos but they are not showing up in my completed videos
Common dislikes about Mentor DSP app
- Gives zero feedback as to what you’re doing wrong
- Zero warning or sounds to give you any sort of heads up that you’re breaking one of the rules
- Most vague and mystical rules
- No place to read up on what quantifies as “hard acceleration”
- Gives zero regard for other drivers on the road
- Scoring system is haggard beyond believe
