How to fix Qiber app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Qiber app on iPhone
Update Qiber app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Qiber iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Qiber on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Qiber network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix Qiber not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Qiber app issues:

Force Stop the Qiber App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Qiber app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Qiber to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Qiber App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Qiber app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Qiber.

Fix Qiber unable to contact server/ Qiber internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Qiber » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Qiber » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Qiber on android.
