Stuck on data input screen

Bought the bike to use Qiber and when I’m at the screen for height weight etc. it pops up with Chinese writing and has a prompt OK, when I click it it goes right back to same screen. What am I supposed to do

Impossible to connect Bluetooth, it’s in another language.

I cannot even connect to my phone. Keeps showing that is it not connected. Does not work

Complete trash. Cannot get past Personal Information screen - error message that I cannot translate.

Don’t download Qiber wants you to take your picture and doesn’t work

Everything is in Chinese or something! How are we supposed to change the language or know what the heck Qiber is saying?!

Could not get pass putting my personal information. Would get a pop up in Chinese. Not satisfied at all.

Bro Qiber is bad I can’t even pair my iPhone 11 to the freaking bike I wasted my hard earned money and time Qiber is horrible do not get the bike it will be a waste of money and time

Unable to use app!

I went through all the motions. Even copied and pasted into translator. Filled out all the information, even optional information. Included photo and still get another screen that won't let me in. Need help!

Qiber is useless, after I entered my personal information and hit submit a Chinese message came up and that’s as far as you can go. This was a scam to get you to purchase the bike with the idea you would have an interactive app.

Bought the bike, got the adapter, downloaded Qiber .
IT DOES NOT WORK.
It doesn’t save your info/profile. It’s mainly in Chinese. It does not register the data plug even though it’s the “official Apple Plug”
Extremely disappointed and upset. Qiber is supposed to be motivational instead of a bland LCD readout that just counts.
Not happy with this at all. Especially with the cost of the bike, you’d think they’d have this run smoothly.

I bought the bike, and fighting with customer service about phones etc. Qiber will not allow you to enter info after a certain point it turns to a foreign language that’s not readable if you only speak/read english. What a waste, you offer something to accompany your product and it cannot be used world wide.

Qiber is horrible. I can’t even get my personal information put in. It pops up with what I’m guessing is an error, but I can’t read it because it’s not in English! What the heck?? It’s not even Spanish. It is oriental, which is fine, but there is no option or way to change the language. Also everything else has been in English except for the error message! HORRIBLE app!

I tried to use the software today 3/29/20 only to find that there is no provision for iPhones 7 and up because of the differences in the phone input Jack

Also when installing some of the instruction bubbles are in Chinese making it difficult to know what is required

I am left with the sense this is neither completed for use nor thought out with future phones to use

Would be better if it had a sync option with the iPhone health app. It doesn’t track my progress for exercise in the Health app.

Works great with headphone adapter for lightning port. Easy to register, find a course, off and competing.

I did have to convert pounds to kilograms and inches to centimeters but there’s an app for that!

I put in my info and got the error message in Chinese. I translated it with google translate and it says, “the name you put in is already being used.” So all you have to do is come up with a unique name that no one else has used.

App is free and the device provide by developers are free. It’s a simple app to track your speedometer using your phone device. Great part is you get to compete against individuals on a global scale. So stop complaining and let’s ride 🤗

It has daily, weekly and monthly rankings to see where you are compared to others, it also has riding games you can play too!
